Didn't even have a car.
Cons: Paid for a rideshare to the rental car location, and they informed me they didn't have a vehicle for me when I arrived. I had to walk to another company's counter and pay $100 more than what I booked with your site.

Dirty windshield
Pros: Price was right. No drop off fee.
Cons: The inside windshield was covered with a film. I was driving east in the morning and could barely see. Inexcusable. Also, the agent was not at counter when I arrived but was chatting with other car rental agents at a different counter. He only returned when he noticed I was calling for help.

Pros: Someone was there to tell us they had no vehicles available.
Cons: They did not have a vehicle available and directed me to another company with a similar rate but not identical. Customer service was below average at the referred company and I would probably not provide them with repeat business. I would be hesitant to trust this location with my business again if they are going to just pass me off to a company with no input from me.

Pros: After our flight was delayed, Alamo rented us the same car for the same rate. The desk staff was very helpful and understsnding. The car had 300 miles. We'll rent from alamo again.

Pros: We were the first renters of a brand new car! Price was very reasonable for our one way to Las Vegas. Agent was waiting for me and had called to confirm and coordinate pickup time.
Cons: Always tricky because Gypsum is a one man show but that agent manages his time and rentals very well. It pays to dial in your pickup time and speak to desk agent by phone so he can anticipate your arrival if you aren't on a flight.
