Cons:The gal at counter was not present. Would not let me charge to a new card, had to be the one one file. Gave me keys to a suv that had seat buckles all chewed up by a dog, totally broken. She knew I had 3 car seats or kids, too. No empathy, horrible service. I would do anything I can in future to avoid Budget rental car at this airport.Reviewed Mar 18 2021

UnprofessionalCons:They gave me a car with a service light and told me it was fine and to keep going. Then they charged me a whole day because I had to go back through the airport to the car and fill out the mileage and gas level form myself and didn't note the original time I went to return the car.Reviewed Aug 15 2017
