Cons:My car stopped working. Had to get an uber to get where I needed to go. The lyft they got me didnt even bring me to the right place to pick up my car at first. I had an extremely disappointing experience.Reviewed Dec 19 2019

Smooth and practicalPros:Easy pick up and drop off at Airport, friendly staffCons:Misleading about the description of the car. It says special size for "5 people, 2 luggages", actually just a smallest "compact" car. If they just be simple use "compact" will be better to understand.Reviewed May 9 2017
