Pros: The beds must be some of the best I have slept on. I travel constantly and live in hotels. This is better than my own house! Room is well sized and the decor is amazing.
Cons: I had to point out to them that their pay channel TV was not functioning. They kept on telling us that the engineers are busy fixing it and will only take another 30 minutes. Needless to say.....3 days later we were still waiting for the engineers to fix it. The fact that they are currently building around the hotel makes it very noisy untill about 16:00 on a Friday.

Cons: Hotel has a very business feel to it (which is good) with lots of 220v outlets, but lacked direct USB outlets for a traveler from the US - fortunately, I had a travel transformer for my phone, but an alarm clock or outlet bank with USB connection would be helpful.

Cons: The room (302) smelled to sweat; staff of the hotel used some air freshener but this didn’t help much. It was as if the windows were not open for long time and the curtains got this smell. The bottom of the curtains was dirty.

Cons: The other staff needs to show more smile and warm welcoming to the guests all the time. The hotel building is an old but the rooms have reinnovated (clean and having confortable room). If they will have special rates next time I will stay in again. The way of counting the internet charges for 24 hours is not fair (they count from Mid day to next Mid day, not from the time you sign in !!!). Some international TVs are chargable.

Pros: Everything was great. Nice, clean room & decent breakfast.
Cons: It was really annoying to arrive late morning & not get a room until 2pm when you could see through the plastic express checkout box many many keys where people had already left.
The receptionist said there was nothing available before 2 as the housekeeping start late.
I had written & asked for early check-in but got a 'no' as well.
Ibis could make money from this but i guess it may be too hard.

Pros: The hotel is well located along the tram 17 line. I had a spacious room and it was quiet. The wifi worked well, and it was free which seems to be unusual in Holland. Compared with other places I've stayed in around The Hague this one was good value for money.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Within walking distance of Madurodam. Had the extra bed for our child all set up in the room. Front desk was very helpful with directions to Delft.
