Breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh. A very quiet hotel in a good position if you are a business person. The hotel is clearly trying to be 'sustainable', with hard - and thus noisy - floors throughout. No carpets. Not forgiving if you drop your 'phone!
Rooms were clearly designed by men, for men, with no account of the difference in stature of women. In the bathrooms, the magnifying mirror was at a height for a tall man, way above my head, and the lights were positioned so that you couldn't do hair/makeup with good illumination. There was no fresh-brewed tea or coffee at breakfast...just a noisy, self-service machine and no basic breakfast tea, though several 'fruity' options. Very limited room-service menu with only one veggie option. In-room tea/coffee provision very basic, with awful dried milk. In-room fridge had no stock, just a card saying you could order from the bar/room service. The introductory video about the hotel claims that travel cards, both short and long term, are available at the front desk. They were not, and as there are no ticket machines on the station platforms, and the information given by staff about paying for tickets on the street trains was inaccurate, I ended up inadvertently travelling free of charge, which proved too easy, as there is no inspection and no ticket-operated barriers in stations. A few weeks earlier, I had stayed at a hotel in the same chain, in the Frankfurt area, which was of a good standard. I expected this would be of the same corporate style and quality, but it was noticeably inferior, much to my surprise.
Great Breakfast, Nice room, Nice view, More or less friendly staff
Bed was really hard Location ... Difficulties with the invoice Difficulties with our late check out ... set for 4 Pm but the reception called us at 1pm why we didn’t already checked out...
Nice design , good funitures.. comfortable room ...except broken key and cold . The stuff were sort of ok.
I did not recieve the reciept of my payment when i checked out. I asked the receptionist. But she did not give me ....still i need the reciept from the hotel
Location and staff was good, rooms were neat and quiet.
restaurant/bar area dogs were not allowed so we could not go inside and enjoy the drink before we were leaving for the party. I also find the rate for dogs way too high, and since it was not clearly communicated while we booked the spots they gave us a discount which fair. Otherwise, it would have been the most expensive dog to stay in the whole of Europe so far where we have traveled with dogs. I think it is clear the target audience is business travelers for them refering to prices etc.
