Breakfast was lovely, staff was friendly, location was walkable to food, and public transportation.
no room service!
Great comfort and best breakfast ever
Especially clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfast ever.
The breakfast buffet, while good, is certainly not worth the extra price of 20.50 EUR.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and clean. The breakfast excellent with a wide choice.
Extensive (by expensive) breakfast. The Brasserie Berlage (directly behind the hotel, but not part of it).
Restaurant with very limited menu - and although the Hotel's website mentions a brasserie, there isn't one. Bed not particularly comfortable. Hotel of this standard should have proper hair dryers - no the old fashioned ones on the bathroom wall, which are all but useless.
The hotel staff all spoke English and everyone was very helpful.
The rooms should have proper hair dryers. The one on the wall is inefficient and gets very hot to hold before you can actually dry your hair. It lets down the rest of the excellent room facilities.
The staff is very helpful, breakfast is good and the rooms are comfortable. Close to the conference center.
No tea facility in room and no mini bar. Drinks are in a machine on the landing. Having to rush down the corridor in my pyjamas and coat for water and race back to my room before the elevator door opens on guests is not my idea of entertainment.
Very nice and helpful staff, modern facilities, reasonable price. But the best thing about this hotel is their breakfast, which, probably, is the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel.
The hotel is located quite far from the downtown and major tourist attractions (except for Madurodam). So, it can be recommended primarily for business travel.
Very quiet! I have stayed at other hotels in Den Haag closer into town and the street noise carries badly. Room was of a generous size and the bed very comfortable.
Bathroom not a clean as it could have been. The bottom third of the shower curtain was covered in black mold and stank! Also a lot of hairs left in the bathroom from the previous occupant.
The room and breakfast.
Service at the bar aggressive, swimming pool un attended and far too cold, three times we had to ask for access when door was locked to pool three times up and downstairs only in the end it had to be unlocked.Poor service reception at this point.
Plenty of places to sit, relax and talk to others
Lack of Tea / Coffee making facilities in the room
Exellent service Polite and caring staff Good location Secure parking
