Cons (-) Microwave, TV remote, and safe didn’t work. Run down and shabby. Bathtub was peeling. Refused to provide more than 2 towels. Did not provide washcloths when requested

Pros (+) Hawthorne Suites is a nice hotel for the money. The location is good. All the stores and restaurants are right there. For the most part I would recommend this hotel.
Cons (-) They desperately need to increase front desk staff. They may need to hire people who will show up. At check out two families were waiting to leave but the attendant was busy in the cafe setting up breakfast. Breakfast could be an hour earlier, we had a plane to catch and could not eat at the hotel. The big issue was a faint odor in the room. A scent reminiscent of tobacco alternative use. Room 311...
