Pros (+) The ambience is beautiful. I love the lights over the courtyard. I love how rustic and antique the lobby feels.
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable. It took a very long time for hot water to run in the shower. The water tasted bad.

Pros (+) Great breakfast buffet, nice view of mountain range from my room.
Cons (-) no cleaning services, no staff on-site near my room (to request towels, etc), pool is in another building and locked, exercise room smells bad and in another building, room not as big as what I thought we'd be getting (according to pictures on website).
