Pros: Pool area and bartenders were awesome. Great location.
Cons: Late night front desk. Too busy talking to even acknowledge u were standing there. Asked for 2 bottles of water when came back from dinner show. During day they just handed u a bottle from under front desk. Was told the would send them right up. Asked at 10:30 p.m. no water at 11 p.m. called front desk and asked not to bring them as we were going to bed and was told ok. Knock on door at 11:35 with 2 bottles of water. Really an hour and 5 minutes to get what they could of handed us at front desk.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, especially Evelyn(?) who worked in evening.
Cons: Spring break guests left soggy towels in the elevators which weren’t picked up. It was a bit more expensive than what we were looking to spend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the rooms! They were minimalistic/beachy with the best view of the ocean! I would've loved one of the corner suites with more windows but the ocean view king I had was still amazing! I didn't want to get out of bed. The price was pretty good for the view.
Cons: Would've liked to been a little closer down the road in Fort Lauderdale with nicer restaurants but we walked 15 min and found a really nice place to eat.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Was very nice location, good restaurant and pool. Wish I could have stayed longer. Great view!
Cons: Late check in but was able to eat lunch and enjoy pool!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is across the street from the beach, the valet are very quick and friendly, the front staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and housekeeping kept it nice during our stay.
Cons: The only thing we did not like was the location/views of our room. We paid a higher price for a double ocean view. While we could see the ocean, we were only 3 floors up and we were next to a very busy intersection. We could hear traffic all night.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Being upgraded to a junior suite - a corner room with great views of the beach & ocean was a great start. Super comfy bed & all amenities in the room were good. Nice friendly staff.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit small for a suite. Shower pressure was low. Only US TV stations on TV. Spa menu only offered massages no other treatments like nails etc.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room with marvellous seaview.
Cons: I don't like the aroma of cleaning odorant, but there were no chance to air the room.

Cons: My wife came down with the flu the night before we left. Although as a non-refundable trip, the hotel was terrible in accommodating a postponement to some future date of their choice, with price increase. I would not recommend this hotel ever.

Pros: The room was incredible. We received an upgrade that surpassed expectations. The staff is very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Will stay at this Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach everytime i'm in the area. 5 times per year. Cocktails poolside!!!
Cons: Nope. Superior everything!
6,7 Good
Pros: The friendly and helpful staff, the location. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff all went out of their way to help us and we truly appreciate that. We would stay again at this Hilton because of the great staff.
Cons: We had paid extra to request an upper floor but what the reservation system through booking doesn’t tell you when you pay extra for an upper floor is that the hotel has only renovated some of the upper floors but not all of them, and when we checked in we were told that at our price level we didn’t qualify for a room in the renovated section. If I had known this, I might not have paid extra to begin with. Room in which we were put was really beat up with many stains and scratches some of the fixtures loose or broken. The room didn’t have the same level of cleanliness that one would expect from a Hilton property. Now, One of the ways the staff was helpful was that we really wanted a great Oceanview and so they put us in this room because it did have a great Oceanview. I’m very grateful for that and glad to get it at the price level. It was a mixed experience though, because the room was in really shoddy condition. The Hilton should aim for more consistency in the appearance of all of the rooms that they offer to the public.

Pros: The property was great however we paid tons of money to get a parking lot view.
Cons: Our room view the parking lot, the sink kept getting stopped up, and we had to keep asking for face towels. The hidden fees were ridiculous and the staff were not helpful with the extra fees. There were fees for everything and even fees for the fee. I won’t come back to the B.

Pros: I originally booked a captivating king room, and upon arriving the female host suggested an upgrade to a balcony room. I agreed (my mistake) I was booked into 1712 not a great view at all. It was partially blocked by the dirty wall. Need updated rooms.
Cons: I absolutely hated the $42.00 a day parking no matter what to stay at the hotel. Didn't even check in until 9:55 pm and checked the car out by 6:00 am such a rip off. And none of the amenities were open including the restaurants.

Pros: I absolutely loved everything about this "hotel", for lack of a better word for this wonderful building complex : its size, casino, restaurants, bars, employees. The layout of the complex, the parking, the architecture. The stunningly beautiful and practical rooms, the indirect lighting everywhere. "Marvelous" would be a good description for this complex if you like to understate things.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable. The free loaner electric guitar was a novel idea and a blast. The theme, decor, and motif were cool and well done.
Cons: Very loud construction racket from 9am-6pm. This was not made clear when booking. No sleeping in?!?! Many staff treated you like they didn't care you were there or ever came back. Many table games (e.g., craps, roulette) were electronic. It's no Vegas

Pros: The view was of the ocean was lovely as was sitting on the patio area and enjoying the music and the cool breeze
Cons: We called from the cruise port for a possible early checkin and was told absolutely and your room is ready so no problem! When we arrived, we were again told "We have a room for you right now"...then with 2 minutes of scanning our credit card....BOOM...Room isn't available but feel free to go to the bar or to the pool and enjoy some drinks! Once we got into a room 5 hours later we had a hotel staff member just walk into our room about an hour after check in and state she was their to do inventory of the mini bar....mind you we are in bed for a nap. Also, the hotel is very very noisy and the elevators are very slow and randomly only on floors with nobody their!

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fun decor- very friendly/happy staff. Loved the beachfront rocking chairs on deck and lazy river by the walk in pool. Awesome beach +++ Enough Beach chairs/tables/umbrellas were always available! Tons of good restaurants 1 mile north and one mile south (best calamari at pub next door!) Hotel restaurant good too:) Great walking/running one mile south on oceanfront stone walkway to state park! Great (but small 2 person) balcony with direct oceanfront views.
Cons: Balcony small. Add-ons made it pricey. ( plus walk-ins from street paid a cheaper day pass / resort fee than hotel guests—- really???) Room was just average for what we paid. Not enough counter space. Bad coffee maker- unreliable! Small poorly cooled refrigerator was FULL of minibar options- had to take out and hide til checkout. Couch uncomfortable (but decent pullout)!
5,0 Okay
Pros: That it was located right on the beach.
Cons: The front desk was not helpful when we wanted a different room. The did not accommodate us when we ask for the same size room but one flight up. Because we were the ice machine and the balcony had a concrete wall that obstructed our view off the ocean.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic. The room was charming with a decor to match the hotel’s upscale vintage beachside decor. Great happy hour and not that there is any control of this but everyone I chatted with, guest or employee were beyond nice and hospitable.
Cons: The walls were thin, I could hear conversations going on next door and outside. There were lots of kids which surprised me during Valentine’s Day weekend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This property is beautiful. The 2 bed ocean front room we rented was more than we thought it would be. It was also very clean. The balcony was very nice. The morning sunrise without having to leave our room was great. The lazy river and heated pool was a very nice addition. The poolside employee was very attentive to the needs of the guests. (Wish I remembered his name) The complementary umbrella and beach chairs are a plus. The beds were comfortable. The parking attendants were very prompt.
Cons: The restaurant menu was a bit pricy but it’s expected as the property is upscale. Upon checkout, there was an additional $97 added to our bill from the bar area which we did not visit but was rectified by the manager before we left.

Cons: Price of the parking

Pros: The layout of the apartment with the living room in-between the two bedrooms was a nice design. Very spacious and relaxing living area with great TV's The view was lovely, especially at night. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.
Cons: Housekeeping was a little lacking. We only had our beds made once in 3 days. They did replace towels but did not tidy anything like dishes etc in the kitchen. The bathroom that is open to the bedroom is an odd design choice that I don't think has a future. It's awkward and unnecessary, not that there's anything to be done about it now. More robust (firmer) pillows on the beds would be good.
7,1 Good
Cons: Loud club music at the pool. Couldn’t even hear each other over lunch. They bring in a DJ at 12pm and it’s not just happy or sexy music. It’s just as if you were at a club. If you want to relax, do it before 12pm on weekends.
6,2 Good
Pros: Staff was most enthusiastic and accommodating. Breakfast at El Vez was very good, with large and varied menu.
Cons: Even upgraded 2 BR suite resulted in sparsely furnished and poorly designed room. Overall the hotel is an immense, two-tower building crammed onto a small parcel of land, resulting in a cramped pool area (with deafening DJ music on Saturday!) that is overcrowded, has no open space and is not well-maintained (bird droppings sun-baked onto chaise mats, etc.). Certainly not a five-star resort; would not go back.

Pros: We were out in the older hotel was not at all worth what I had paid
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We got off a cruise in the early morning and the front desk got us a room at 9:30am. This was highly unexpected and greatly appreciated.
Cons: Hallways smelled like urine. Walking bridge was closed and would have made for very easy access to the beach.
1,0 Poor
Cons: Paid for full ocean view room and had to go across the street to a Motel 6 type of building. Made reservations 3 months in advance and was told they did not have a room available that we requested. Had no way of proving that we had reserved ocean view.

Pros: Location is fantastic, great amenities and staff was wonderful. Room was a nice size with beautiful ocean view.

1,0 Poor
Pros: The location right next to the beach is great
Cons: The hotel has no heat, when we checked in the room was set at 63 and was super freezing, so we went to shut the air off but there was no shut off and it stayed so cold all night. Not bad if u like a freezing cold room, but I do not -Not Hilton standards
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Some of the new improvements were nice (around the pool and the coffee bar).
Cons: The elevators are a major problem. The workers in the grab and go across the parking lot were pretty disinterested.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and location of this hotel was very pleasant. It made my stay comfortable.
7,0 Good
Cons: Cold, A bit disappointing no exta blankets, a bit dated
8,8 Excellent
Cons: Staff was very un-informative about hotel facilities and amenities. We constantly got mixed information and were charged for using beach facilities after not having access to them for the first two nights of our stay. Also, due to the fact we were traveling during spring break, and the fact that I look young enough to still be in college, I was often over looked by servers/staff at the pool being grouped into the “spring breaker” category.

Pros: Right on a great beach plus pool ! Free Fresh cookies Served poolside and drinks/food served to you poolside too!
6,0 Good
Pros: I like the location and amenities this resort has to offer. Even down to the juice bar at the lower level
Cons: This place was packed to maximum capacity. They had people by the packs lining every corridor, lobby and everywheee in between. I’ve never seen so many bell man carts stacked in a row anywhere. Thank goodness I had elite status and pre-signed in on-line for their mobile key. Or so I thought...we arrived at 5:30 pm and despite all this pre-check in key nonsense our room after a day of travel wasn’t ready and would be ready after a modest $175 dinner for 4 (2 adults and 2 children with one drink each) on their Casual next the pool fare. Yikes!

Pros: Immediately pulling up you know this is going to be a beautiful place to stay! Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Rooms were great and best of all we were right on the beach! Having Starbucks in the hotel was awesome! I would definitely go back!

Pros: Very spacious and clean rooms. Service overall was excellent and the hotel is situated in the perfect location.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Poor customer service. Received nothing for our wedding anniversary after telling them 5x. They got out breakfast wrong and didn’t apologize. The pictures online were very misleading, it’s not as nice in person and we also paid extra for a balcony room but it was under construction, so they put us in a room with a balcony but with two queen beds. Very disappointed! Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Way overpriced and I’ll never come back again. I don’t recommend it to anyone!

9,1 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location. Staff were friendly and always willing to go out of there way. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved pool restaurant. Access to the beach was perfect.
Cons: You can see hotel is showing some age. Hard to listen to people talk about how they paid half your price to be there. Should be more consistent with price.
