Checked in at 3 a.m. “we didn’t think you were coming we booked you room to someone else” asked for the difference in refund, they don’t offer refunds. Tried to talk to manager on three occasions “not here” or “on a break” I didn’t not receive my $80 difference for a room by the pool. Showers are not hardly warm at best. I watched a house keeper pick a hair off a towel and hand it to me. Only good...

Pros (+) Walking distance to beach. The local efficiency hotel have been gobbled up by one company. They are planning to knock down all the hotels they own and erect a large hotel. The properties are minimally maintained. Rooms were decorated in the 70’s. If you compare staying at their hotels to camping , you will be very satisfied.
Cons (-) RENOVATE & UPDATE ROOMS & PROPERTY. CLEANING STAFF IS HORRENDOUS! NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED ASAP! PRETEND YOU ARE CAMPING , YOU WILL ENJOY.

Cons (-) bed was terrible ..in poor shape....had to walk up the street carrying our luggage cause we couldnt park on the street . And nothing was said about a 15.00 per day parking charge before committing to the room . After your credit card is charged ...you get charged the 15.00 at your hotel. Nasty business fraud
