Pros (+) Nice and clean. Great smell coming into lobby.
Cons (-) The weather.
Pros (+) Room service
Cons (-) Old. Smelled like pee. Pool area was dirty. Room was old. Likely mold as I couldn’t stop sneezing.
Pros (+) Modern, clean, updated, comfortable room, friendly, attentive staff, easy to get to, great housekeeping staff, plenty of good food nearby
Cons (-) Nothing.
Pros (+) Staff was nice
Cons (-) The pool was so gross that we opted for the beach instead (which speaks volumes about the pool). Also there was a lack of towels.
Pros (+) Had free coffee and ice tea in the lobby / off side the lobby Staff was very helpful when asking tourist questions A reasonable amount of brochures for places to visit
Cons (-) Only one elevator working during visit. Was not horrible for me since I was never in a hurry and had the choice of taking the stairs (I was only on the 5th floor)
Pros (+) Location, services and food.
Cons (-) At first it took three hours to get bedding and luggage rack. Called twice and went in person. Front desk staff said they will take care of it, but it didn’t happen until there was change in shift. Night staff was exceptional and took care of all the issues by 11:00 pm.
Pros (+) availability
Cons (-) 1 elevator was not leveled properly and the you can hear what goes on in the next room
Pros (+) Great value for the money on a weekend. Too bad we only stayed one night and didn't get to fully enjoy the amenities.
Cons (-) "Family friendly" cuts two ways, if you aren't into a lobby full of screaming kids coming from the pool.
Pros (+) Location was great. Maria at the lobby bar was fantastic.
Cons (-) The rooms and hallways smelled musky and smokey. Asked for a champagne bucket and flutes and they never arrived. Toiletries were not replaced everyday. Called to request a late check out and I was given a very scripted speech and followed by a hang-up. Went to the pool around 5pm and there were not towels available. Pool bar/ restaurant was nowhere to be seen, even though there were menus laying a...
