Cons (-) The pool was so gross that we opted for the beach instead (which speaks volumes about the pool). Also there was a lack of towels.

Cons (-) Only one elevator working during visit. Was not horrible for me since I was never in a hurry and had the choice of taking the stairs (I was only on the 5th floor)

Cons (-) At first it took three hours to get bedding and luggage rack. Called twice and went in person. Front desk staff said they will take care of it, but it didn’t happen until there was change in shift. Night staff was exceptional and took care of all the issues by 11:00 pm.

Pros (+) Great value for the money on a weekend. Too bad we only stayed one night and didn't get to fully enjoy the amenities.
Cons (-) "Family friendly" cuts two ways, if you aren't into a lobby full of screaming kids coming from the pool.

Cons (-) The rooms and hallways smelled musky and smokey. Asked for a champagne bucket and flutes and they never arrived. Toiletries were not replaced everyday.
