Pros (+) Front desk & concierge were excellent. Professional, courteous and efficient. Alex, in particular went above & beyond to make our brief stay memorable.

He lied to kayak about approval for an early checkout refund. We left anyways. The chair in our room was held together with gorilla glue, the a/c and fridge worked intermittently.
