Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, delicious and varied breakfast, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many reviews highlighted the convenience of being close to city attractions and appreciated the quality and variety of the breakfast offerings. However, there were mixed opinions about cleanliness, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms spotless, while others reported issues such as dirty carpets, stained bedding, and dusty areas. Bed comfort was a recurring negative, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable mattresses or sofa beds. Despite some shortcomings, especially regarding room cleanliness and bed comfort, the overall sentiment was positive due to excellent location, breakfast, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
