Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Given a family room on arrival. This was not the room booked. Furniture was extremely poor with only one chair similar to a dining chair and very uncomfortable so that we only had the bed to sit on. This is really only a B&B. We were moved on our second day. We were told on our arrival that we could be so I think it was understood that they had not met the booking conditions.

Cons: The locks on door made partner insecure amd unable to sleep.. was in room 16 and if you check the lock, firstly it isnt working, and secondly hard to explain but the lever was right on the edge. If you look you will understand

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Free car park! That’s amazing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Tien was very friendly, he stayed open past the reception's closing time to let us in as we were running late. The room was spacious and had beautiful bay windows. The bed was comfortable, my girlfriend and I slept well. Applewood felt like a true guesthouse, family run businesses are always good. The optional breakfast offered a good selection of cereals, yoghurts and fruit juices. Scrambled eggs and toast made to order as-well. Applewood was only a 10 minute walk to BH2 (cinema and restaurants). As I booked just a day in advance I got a better rate therefore I can confidently say that the value for money was incomparable. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Cons: At breakfast I'd recommend some ambient sound, maybe a local radio station.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly throughout stay also attentive to needs, on arrival gave all information you needed. On departure they allowed us to leave car there whilst we had the day in Bournemouth, oh and they don’t charge to park your car, Bedroom was just what we needed as 5 year old with me so the table and chairs were a gift for me to sit her at, spotlessly clean throughout ( and yes I looked in on other bedrooms as used to be in trade) can not fault this hotel in any way, massive thumbs up from me and then some
Cons: As above couldn’t find anything to fault, and yes I looked, as that’s what folks do.

Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: Was only about 10minute walk down into Bournemouth town. Free parking. Had a key fob to get into the building ourselves without having to wait for someone to answer the reception door. Cosy rooms. Amazing shower, plenty big enough for 2 ;)
Cons: Superior double room we stayed in was cosy. Just 2 singles pushed together, a table & 2 chairs and en-suite. Nothing too amazing although very nice! Beds also very, very squeaky with quite an unstable head board - probably even more unstable after us!

7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast and location were absolutely fine. Staff lovely.
Cons: Really didn't like having to park over the road in a multistory car park. It wasn't made clear just where the car park was when I was booking. There was a skylight above my bed and the early morning light woke me up (blind please). Also, the bathroom was not nice at all - very small and nowhere to hang one's towel and the shower cubicle was tiny.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: location, hotel very modern, cleanliness and easy to park
Cons: Unfortunately there was a wedding held on one of the days we were there, no notice was given to customers which meant that we didn't have a parking space for a while when returning after a day out and the noise of the disco was very bad below us for several hours until midnight. I did go and speak to the receptionist regarding this and he mentioned that the manager would speak to us in morning - but that never happened.!!

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location was ok. View at breakfast was magnificent.
Cons: No telephone signal in restaurant or rooms When arriving the receptionist was more interested in doing some printing of bills (or something) than dealing with the customer in front of her. Arriving around 6-6:30pm the car park is full of spa users. So it took a while before a space became available. Had to use my mobile phone to see the menu in the restaurant they had the lights dimmed that low. Also the charge for still water was ridiculous.

Pros: Great view of Mudeford Spit from bedroom. Restaurant great; good music and had a buzz about it. Would definitely use harbour hotel chains again.
7,0 Good
Pros: friendly staff ,clean ,food very nice
Cons: in a residential area ,not alot around to walk to

Pros: Reception staff and porter very welcoming, spaces in car park even when it seemed to be especially busy. Complimentary chocolates and card, and sherry and gin were a bonus. Breakfast great and plentiful! Jetty restaurant next door very nice also definitely book a table with a view! Spa facilities and small gym available were nice. Room itself was cosy, comfy mattress.
Cons: TV in room super small. Spa very busy on valentines to be expected but felt a little cramped and not relaxing. Booked a table in the evening at the upper deck however took us 30-40 mins to be seated after the time and some poor communication regarding what menu was available (they did resolve this for us though - good customer service).
