Excellent location for Stansted Aiport - literally just a short walk away. Other airport hotels rely on shuttle buses, for which you have to pay extra.

Stayed for one night before our flight service slow at reception and at resteraunt and some food expensive for what it is room was clean as well as bathroom thought it was a tad expensive but all staff were friendly

Pros (+) Location is excellent for Stansted Airport, room is comfortable and great bed, food good and restaurant staff attentive.
Cons (-) Check-in had unacceptable queues due to insufficient staff on duty and attitude to delays not very good. Staff appeared uninterested and unapologetic.

Pros (+) The room was great. Mattress was super comfortable. Location was also great as we were staying because of a layover. Breakfast buffet was also the best I have ever had.
Cons (-) Food prices at restaurant were a little pricey for what was offered. Room smelled a little of smoke. Suggestion: perhaps offer complimentary water bottles in rooms?
