Pros: Very relaxing, beautiful location, staff were amazing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were exemplary! The housekeeping was great. The rooms were immaculate. The grounds were lovely! The attention to detail and sympathetic planting made it beautiful. The seating area outside with cushioned furniture was lovely. Well done! Staff in general were fantastic
Cons: What could have been better was the food. The breakfast was fine, though I expected pastries as part of a continental breakfast... however everything else including the cooked breakfast was great... Dinner was a different experience. After speaking directly to the chef about problems two nights in s row, I’m reluctant to detail the issues, but the fact we had to, may emphasise the degree of dissatisfaction! Sadly would not recommend the evening dining.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing venue. Amazing food. Lovely service. Great kids menu
Cons: The bed could have been better. But overall a nice room.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly we felt very welcome, and the hotel was lovely and warm
Cons: The breakfast was excellent, apart from one morning when the toast was brought to our table the minute we sat down. We hadn't even had our cereal/fruit so by the time we were ready for the toast it was cold. We were disappointed that the chamber maid wanted to give us clean towels after only 1 day, when the hotel encourages guests to re-use their towels and the message in the bathroom says they would only be replaced if they are in the bath.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting. Quiet and relaxing. Good food-evening meal was excellent-staff were lovely
Cons: No faults

Pros: Great welcome for us and our dog. We upgraded but the room was a bit small and all surfaces seemed to be covered with literature. My only complaint was no gluten free bread for breakfast when they had so much warning including when we arrived. But the staff in the sister restaurant The Loopy Shrew were lovely and welcoming to us including our dog.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well organised and super friendly. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Shrewsbury. Breakfast superb!
Cons: Couldn't find fault anywhere.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The decor and furnishings. Spacious room (king superior). Quality fit out to give modern functionality whilst maintaining original charm. The friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast :)
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Everything else staff were very attentive, lovely and welcoming nothing was too much and were very quick to resolve a blind issue I had on the first night. Breakfast was excellent and would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay again
Cons: There wasn't many power sockets would have preferred one near the dressing table as hairdryer didn't reach

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, lovely decor, amazing comfy rooms, breakfast choice was excellent, staff very very nice and friendly. Love the honesty bar....a rare sight nowadays unfortunatley.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, the decor is gorgeous and the honesty bar was a lovely touch.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great - right by the city centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. All around were lots of touches connected to Darwin which made it really attractive. The breakfast was gorgeous and the staff were happy to adapt the menu to accommodate special diets. What a gem this place turned out to be.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I have mobility problems and brought my scooter, so we were given room 15 in the garden block. It's at the top of the ramp and I could park it outside at our little seating area beside the door to our room. The room was perfect for me, with a walk in shower, excellent modern bathroom and really comfortable bed. The hotel itself has stunning decor yet is very comfortable and welcoming. The location is great, central but down a quiet lane close to the river and some lovely shops. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the breakfast was fantastic and we will definitely be back!
Cons: I cannot think of a single thing to criticise as it is one of the best places we have ever stayed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with their hospitality. The location was fab and the breakfast and conservatory (the whole building itself really) were heavenly. A perfect place for a short romantic getaway. Looking forward to staying again!
5,7 Okay
Pros: Very central setting. Welcoming owners.
Cons: Parking is an issue in the mornings
4,0 Okay
Pros: The bathroom tiles and the wifi
Cons: I found the brekfast staff unpleasant. It seemed as if he didn't want to be there - he keep banging the plates and cups about - in fact another breakfaster commented upon this. He was quite grumpy. Maybe he should look for a new job. The cleaning lady and the young girl were much nicer.
5,3 Okay
Pros: Good location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions but on a quiet(ish) road; easy to come and go when we wanted and a car park nearby.
Cons: Service a bit uninspired; certainly not the friendliest hotel we have stayed in. Decor a bit tired and old fashioned.
5,7 Okay
Pros: I only stayed one night, but my overall impression was of an efficiently run hotel.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked.
7,0 Good
Pros: Queit cozy place but within few minutes of town square. Family-run informality, excellent breakfast.
Cons: The breakfast window of 8-9 on a Sunday was too early, too short. The room cleaners also worked only till 11 on Sunday which was surprising.
6,0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed. Lots of clean white towels. Interesting old building. Handy for river.
Cons: Noisy (near building site and pubs). Instant coffee with breakfast. Lots of stairs to climb with suitcase. Overpowering "air fresheners". No thermostat on radiator. Owner not particularly friendly.
6,8 Good
Pros: The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons:
7,6 Good
Pros: Friendly greeting on arrival, comfortable room and a great breakfast.Would stay again.
Cons:
5,6 Okay

Pros: Everything you could want was in the room with a lot of thought going into what to include. There was also cake on offer and bottles of water if required which was very nice.
Cons: The cobwebs in the bedroom could have been removed in advance since they weren't new ones, although the spiders were removed straight away when I requested it. Also, there was a coffee sachet on the floor behind the coffee table when we arrived. Bed also wasn't the comfiest and it squeeked but did the job.
9,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent value. The Hotel was period charm and I look forward to an opportunity to revisit and explore the surroundings.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The receptionist, Natalie, was excellent. She had many different roles within the hotel, all of which she carried out with efficiency and friendliness. A very valuable member of staff.
Cons: I thought the interior and exterior paintwork looked a bit distressed but this didn't affect the quality of our stay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was super staff were friendly dinner was excellent breakfast also fabulous will go back again
Cons: No lift
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Really nice period hotel with furnishings to match, staff where fantastic and very helpful ,also a great breakfast.
Cons: Eavening menu abit restricted needs to be more choice,as we where staying for three nights found we had to eat out two out of the three nights, would have liked to dine every night at hotel, also a better choice of lager beer instead of just one.night we did dine in food was great.
6,7 Good
Pros: The location was great for us. Breakfast was lovely and overall good value.
Cons: The room was pretty small for 2people and the evening meal in the restaurant was very poor, wouldnt recommend it if staying.

The restaurant provided good food and breakfast was good too. The position was convenient for us and it was easy to find and park. The rooms vary in size but all are grand in appearance. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Nice location but shame about Wem though it like it has been forgotten about except for a great Indian near by ( Junoon ) it was first class The hotel felt a bit like going back in time which was nice in a way fantastic helpful staff and very clean through out hotel was great value for money
Cons: Only Wem really the hotel generally was nice but bed was a little soft for our personal choice
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely old Georgian Hotel, with high ceilings and other features. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with all facilities. I ate in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was delicious, as was the breakfast. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Darwins Kitchen in Shrewsbury, you'll be a 1-minute walk from St. Mary's Church and 5 minutes by foot from Shrewsbury Castle.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was great although the floor sloped as it’s such an old building, lovely tea and coffee with proper milk and brownies!
Cons: Breakfast but it was continental only included
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. Jem was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Sort out the shower hot water supply
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
5,4 Okay
Cons: Breakfast took so long I had to cancel as taxi had arrived. No loo roll in room, some of the UHT milk had gone off, room was VERY cold, staff did not replace the empty shampoo or brownies for my 2nd night stay (all other hotels do this).
7,0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, central position, good food, large rooms, comfortable bed. Great place to stay but.....
Cons: We were not informed that central heating in the bedroom was not working. Whilst 2 small electric heaters were supplied in the bedroom ( already there on our arrival )this meant the bathroom was always cold. Poor WiFi connection in the room and TV connection very poor and intermitent. Neither of the 2 tv remote controls worked. None of these things spoilt our stay however an acknowledgement or warning of these issues would have lessened our irritation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very attractive room; very comfortable; excellent breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice lively bar downstairs which serves excellent food (awesome roast dinners) and a good choice of drinks. Breakfast was pretty special as well. English breakfast is cooked to order rather than buffet style. The rooms are distinctive and full of character. The beds are comfy and the shower was really nice. All for a decent price.
Cons: The wi-fi wasn't the best (good enough for SD but not HD streaming) and the TV absolutely had a mind of its own. Although it didn't affect me personally, the stairs to my room were difficult to negotiate, the bathroom has an awkward layout and is next to a busy road without double glazing (presumably a listed building). Therefore it might be worth calling ahead if you are an especially light sleeper or someone with mobility problems. Also not the most convenient location if you drive as the nearest parking is a 5-10 minute walk away and is oversubscribed. Place is still worth it if you can get a space though!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The coffee machine and home made biscuits were delicious. Nice touch to have a fridge with water in .
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, in the town centre, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Darwin’s Kitchen is a very popular and quirky little place. Bedrooms were interesting, bedding clean and crisp, mattress very comfortable. The staff were great, helpful, smiley ... and just very nice. Breakfast was excellent, as was the food in the evening. The whole place had a buzz, comfortable seating in the lounge, great choice of drinks.
Cons: Nothing that we didn’t ‘like’ but a car park would of helped. There is a pull-in outside the venue to drop your bags ...if you can find your way around the one way system that operates in the town centre. The NCP is 5 mins walk away. Well worth a visit, so don’t be put off by lack of car park.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about this place. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and considerate; you would go far to get better. The room was a good size, clean, very, very quiet and there was never any problem with noise from other guests so you were never disturbed and could get a good night’s sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had been modernised and was a good size. Tea, coffee and chocolate making was available in the rooms (chocolate is not always available). Breakfasts were great and there was a good choice, including a vegetarian option. The hotel provided parking, a definite positive in central Shrewsbury and was very well-situated, being central to a good number of restaurants and eateries in the town. It was within walking distance of major attractions as well as shops. I moved to Abbott’s Mead after a bad experience with another property and NEVER regretted the change. An excellent place to stay.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about Abbots Mead. An excellent hotel at a reasonable price.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Its was old but very nice and in easy walking to town ect. And the breakfast was lovely.
Cons: Not having a carpark. But we found one five minutes away.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Old Post Office is very conveniently located just next to the High Street. The pub had good food and a nice atmosphere with a nice full English breakfast in the morning in the dining area. The room was very quiet at night and comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, interesting pub. Good breakfast
7,5 Good
Pros: Pub with rooms. A nice room and good breakfast. "Private" bathroom as advertised, just along the hall and itself fine.
Cons: I was surprised when the person on "reception" (i.e. behind the bar) offered to show me my room, rather than just giving me the key. The reason for this was soon clear - the rooms are reached across a courtyard and up a confusing series of narrow staircases, not pretty. Otherwise all fine.

Pros: I've stayed here before and was happy enough to return. The owner is friendly and the hotel is very close to Shrewsbury showground where I was attending an event the next day. Comfortable bed and nice tea/coffee tray. I would book to stay here again but would want assurance that I was going to get the slightly bigger single room as my dogs aren't allowed to sleep on the bed and there was no floor space for them.
Cons: I booked Sydney house as I was travelling with 2 dogs, luckily I ended up travelling on my own as there was no room in this room for 1 dog bed let alone a dog bed and a crate. I have stayed at Sydney House before and the last room I had did have room for the dogs so it was lucky I didn't end up bringing them this time. There appeared to be someone in the room above practicing for Strictly (whilst running a water tap) they were moving around all evening and you could hear running water all the time, I was just about to go down to reception and complain when they stopped.dancing and turned off the water!! There was a dog barking ALL evening at one of the properties behind the hotel and although I realise this isn't Sydney Houses fault, if I was running a hotel I'd be complaining to the dog owner and reporting them to the local council if it was my business. Unfortunately, the window couldn't be shut to keep out some of the noise.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice B&B, great breakfast's well cooked to order. Friendly staff, very attentative youg lad at breakfast, keep up the good work.
Cons: shower cubicle a little grubby around tiles.
7,1 Good
Pros: Excellent friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room and bed
Cons: The en-suite in room 2 was well below an acceptable level. The sliding door didn't slide (at least not without a great deal of effort!) It was very small, and the standard of finish was rubbish DIY. The bath surround was chipped and cracked and we were only able to use the WC and wash-hand basin. The shower was of an ancient tap-connected variety. Un-usable to us.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room although needed updating everything was clean and all the little things had been thought of USB charging points, tea and coffee facilities. TV and hairdryer. Snacks and drinks available 24hrs. Amazing breakfast Great check in and check out times would recommend
Cons: Very limited parking had to park down the street on return from evening event.

Cons: Sorry, I cant think of anything.. I was very pleased..
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location good for Shrewsbury centre and still available at short notice
Cons: Lack of Comfort, beds hard and rooms cramped
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was good and there was a bus stop outside to go into Shrewsbury.
Cons: The room was very unhealthily musty and with a very strong rising damp odour. As a result I became very nauseous and lost my voice. The bed was very hard and lumpy so I got little sleep. There was so much furniture stuffed into the room I had to put a chair outside just to get my case in. As a room for two, it would have been impossible. The room gave straight onto the street so there was constant noise and no privacy - unless you kept the blind down all the time. The hosts were not welcoming or very friendly; quite the opposite in fact. The information they requested on arrival was the equivalent of going to a communist country. I had to leave after only one night as the condition of the room had made me quite ill.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean cooked breakfast, friendly hosts, lovely location. Comfy bed. Well presented shower room and toilet. TV and lounge chairs. All things considered a very pleasant stay and definitely one to be repeated. Certainly lived up to expectations.
Cons: This is not a complaint, just an observation As with all mature buildings, you find that not all fixtures and fittings are 100% perfect. Even newly built hotels have faults. In this instance you might find a bit of wear on the carpet or a window that's slightly hard to open. You would have to be very hard faced, to condemn The Abbey Court House for such minor ailments. If you were a perfectionist, you might raise an eyebrow over such things. But to most people like me, it's part of the course. In any case it didn't detract from a very enjoyable stay. In recent years I have stayed regularly in B & Bs and this establishment is on a par with most of them. I would have no hesitation in returning here, hopefully soon !

Pros: Comfortable bed so good nights sleep

Pros: Breakfast was good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: Couldn’t get WiFi in my room.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The full English breakfast is excellent! Plenty of it and mighty tasty. With a large cereal selection and a variety of fresh fruit (apples, mandarins, etc.). And the staff is quite helpful and courteous. And the location is excellent. Close to the center of town, within walking distance, and just far enough away from the center of town so that it is easy to get to.
Cons: Had a first floor room ... sometimes the guests above us would come in late (1 AM) and chat for an hour or so before going to bed. And the parking can be a bit cramped ... but please remember I'll saying this from an American point of view. Quite typical for British B&Bs.

Cons: I came to stay at your hotel for a wedding at a nearby hotel. Everything was fine except for the stairs. I really struggled to get to my room so it would not be suitable for another stay. I am 81 years old no quite fit but the stairs are so steep. The staff were excellent and carried my case but I think a few more handrails might be a benefit to older people.c

Pros: Reception sraff were very helpful and organised a ground floor room as Mum hurt her leg that day.
Cons: The hotel is being refurbished so the restaurant is closed and there is no 24 x 7 room service as stated. We arrived late due to busy day do were relying on room service. Wd made it with 5 mins to go. The brekkie was in the golf clubhouse. The window would not open as painted shut. The room itself was ok but view was of a building site. V expensive for lack of facilities.
5,8 Okay
Cons: Room was very hot on a very warm day.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Needs revamp cobwebs everywhere tile missing in sealing , window would not open , net curtains dirty , on check no one showed us around or informed about dinner , and breakfast, bar ect ? The staff seemed to be more bothered in the wedding venue and golfers than the overnight stay and for £200 it’s was not acceptable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has adjacent golf course, allowed pets and claimed it had Electric Vehicle Chargers. We booked dinner, bed and breakfast and the value for money, esp. for the dinner was high. The room was unexpectedly very large. with a very large comfortable bed.
Cons: The EV charger was not working.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good sized rooms, very clean
Cons: No air on, luckily staff supplied a fan but very warm rooms without it
5,4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was fine, the location was next to the golf which was our reason to stay, but we need a quiet room away from the loud groups of other golfers.
Cons: Lounge was to noisy.

Pros: Room was spacious but very small bathroom. Beds comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was awful!!! People has to wait for hash browns and eggs because they hadn’t made enough. Was told by staff member we should have ordered vegetarian sausages at check in. They made some veggie sausages but took 25 minutes before we got them. Very poor breakfast. Paid £149 for one night inc breakfast poor value for money.

Pros: It was a perfect location for our visiting relatives. The room was very nice.
Cons: Being dog friendly it was not easy to eat in the lounge with the low seating and tables

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Modern and clean boutique rooms convenient for Shrewsbury Centre. Nice bar and restaurant. Very good breakfast
Cons: Overall very nice the place but my room was at the corner of the property and near a main road so a little noisy in the morning when trying to sleep.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful and accomodating
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable room and well appointed bar.
Cons: Parking a bit tight and hair raising - others must have found the same as there are loads of paint scrapes on the entrance!!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Cheerful helpful staff.
Cons: Parking in hotel
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location and ambience in the hotel
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully styled hotel
Cons: Poor soundproofing. We really needed the earplugs that were provided.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very quaint and up to date interior. Restaurant was very high quality and rooms were cozy.
Cons: It’s a very old building and has some small quirks that modernization would help. But, that is being nit picky, since everything worked.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are very spacious, lovely decor! Great location.
Cons: I think the breakfast service could be improved, although i appreciate it was very busy it took a long time for us to get served and get our breakfasts’ 3 out of 4 of us had omelettes, one of them were under cooked, in all fairness we did not complain as we knew how long it took to get them so we did not give them chance to rectify it. The dining room was full with some guests being advised there was a wait for seats, in my opinion you should cater for the amount of rooms you have. Good choice of food and drinks though.

Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was perfect. Room was clean.
Cons: Our bedroom must have been situated near to the boiler room or a generator because it was very noisy at times during the day. No outlook from room.
6,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good enough and the staff very attentive. There was a valet service for the car which was very good.
Cons: Breakfast was slow, as each breakfast was cooked individually and the decaf coffee was only instant coffee, which was a disappointment. The hotel was listed as having a health suite, which had apparently been got rid of quite some time previously, so that too was disappointing. Our room was quite small and cramped (and looking at the hotel layout on the fire escape plan clearly one of the smallest in the hotel; again a disappointment in a hotel that wasn't overly occupied). The location of the hotel is very central in an attractive part of the town, but being a pedestrianised zone the council came clattering down the road about 6am to empty the bins before all traffic had to leave the area. This made a sleep-in impossible. Again, the location of the room was at fault here, being on the end of the hotel and at the corner of the road where the bins were being emptied.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful staff excellant location perfect
Cons: Price of the beer next door !!! Prtner didnt like the oneway street as she drove the wrong way .....TWICE !!!!! nd she she left her phone in the car ...great
7,0 Good
Pros: Location was great as was very the breakfast
Cons: Hotel was very noisy. Noisy inside from floor boards creaking and noisy from pubs etc outside. Single room I had was extremely small.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was upgraded from my single room to a double so very happy!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing. It was our anniversary and my husband and I were thrilled and surprised by the complimentary bottle of fizz and chocs left in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch. We stayed in the Prince Rupert suite and it was gorgeous.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike. We loved the hotel.
5,4 Okay
Pros: I like the friendly bar staff..
Cons: Unhelpful front of hotel staff, first room I was shown, was not fit to be used as a hotel room. The second room wasn't much better. However at that point, I was over moving rooms.. The room was the worst hotel room, I have ever stayed in.. The breakfast, was very average and yet again, the staff were not friendly..
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Welcome reception, very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel with clean facilities. Open lounge area and really nice restaurant area. Evening meal was wonderful and breakfast was a treat. Really greta central location with plenty to enjoy in the town with some lovely individual shops and tea/coffee places, other than usual branded outlets. Walk around the river, up and around the town and through the park. The Dingle is a little treasure.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The overall cost for bed and breakfast was excellent. Beds huge and comfortable, choice of pillows, nice shower and tea/coffee facilities in room.
Cons: As the hotel was on an industrial estate thought would be quiet, however the bedrooms are facing the main road, which was excessively noisy even early hours of the morning.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good value, good parking, easy to find. Good breakfast, comfortable room, very pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: Evening food choice rather limited, dining room a bit basic.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfy, the lighting in the rooms was good, very clean and a lovely power shower. Also a very spacious room to spread out. I liked that there was pretty much all you needed ie hair drier, iron, toiletries etc
Cons: A bit more choice with cooked breakfast items would have been nice ie mushrooms, fried tomatoes, poached or fried eggs, hash browns etc. Being veggie I didnt have a lot of choice of cooked bits although plenty of choice of cereal and spreads for toast. The dressing table mirror was too high when sitting. My key card needed resetting several times as it wouldnt let me in.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Pillows and bed comfy
Cons: Not enough teabags
10,0 Excellent
Pros: But otherwise we were super happy with everything, really liked the the staff very friendly and helpful. In particular Gareth(not sure of last name) ressured me not to worry about breastfeeding in communal areas as i was trying to do this discretly to begin with and it was proving to challenging for me whilst balancing our baby in hand. Would happily stay again thank you for having us! Rosie, Leilo & Ben Chell-Faulkner
Cons: Would have liked more options with hot breakfast as were vegetarian like mushrooms or hash browns. But thats just a personal preference :)

4,6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Tired rooms, late night disturbances, lack of customer service, no response from management to complaints. Payed for refurbished executive room. Was put in a tired family room. Spoke to two members of staff about this. Did not get to stay in a refurbished room as advertised. No apology from staff members. No bathrobes in room as advertised. Room was cold was when arrived. Guest in room next to us was swearing very loudly, shouting about money that had gone missing. Complained about noise in morning. Told by staff member that the man had been arrested but that it wasn’t the hotels fault. I appreciate that it wasn’t the hotels fault however we still did not get to sleep till after midnight because of this disturbance and received no apology. Just a lot of excuses as to why we had not received what we had paid for. Poor customer service all round. Was expecting to be contacted by manager to discuss further. As yet have not received any contact.

Pros: Location is brilliant and the best bit as well as being less expensive than others. Nice big bathroom.
