The decor. Very thoughtfully put together around a Darwin theme. Was warm and welcoming.
The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, the decor is gorgeous and the honesty bar was a lovely touch.
The decor and furnishings. Spacious room (king superior). Quality fit out to give modern functionality whilst maintaining original charm. The friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast :)
Well organised and super friendly. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Shrewsbury. Breakfast superb!
Couldn't find fault anywhere.
Amazing place, lovely decor, amazing comfy rooms, breakfast choice was excellent, staff very very nice and friendly. Love the honesty bar....a rare sight nowadays unfortunatley.
