Cons: It's our third time in this hotel and this time it was a total disappointment. We were changing in the room when someone knocked the door. We were obviously not able to open it, but the maid opened the door from the outside. Without any apologies she broke into the room (we were still not really dressed) and started asking questions from a questionnarie about the service and its quality... Nothing mattered her. Well, the service is not good, bad manners and behaviour of the staff.

Pros: Everything is good.

Cons: Some staff not so toughful

Pros: Heated pools, food, recreation for kids

Cons: Hard to say. Everything was great.

Cons: The front desk staff should happily treat the guests. The work was done, but a simple smile could have done the difference (check-in and check-out)

Cons: Lighting in room was dim. Locker room in gym has no A/C. I was wetter after the shower in sweat than when I entered the locker room.

Cons: Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people outside from the corridor as if they were inside your room. Windows are not double glazed so all the traffic noise comes up to your room. The lift makes a noise every 37 seconds torturing if you stay near it as it was my case Although the managemwbt knew about it, thay have done nothing at least warn their customers about it.

Pros: Good location and the staff was so polite and helpful.

Cons: The shower doesn’t have a good pressure of water and the bathtub doesn’t look like very clean.

Pros: I like the most the location, it is really close to USP that I could easily reach by Uber. The breakfast is good with different types of fresh juices. There is a gift shop with necklaces with stones that I love it!

Cons: My bed was not so comfortable and also I could not close the window of the bathroom. I did not want them to change the towels everyday, but they did it anyway although I use hang always the towels. There is not many options in the TV channels.

Pros: Breakfast and location were great. They have fresh and various options of bread, juices, and cakes. The staff was friendly but don't communicate in English, which made my partner relying on my translation all the time. The hotel is located in the very center of downtown Ribeirao Preto, and walking distance of shopping, groceries stores, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Cons: The hotel needs urgent renovations and general upgrade, its is going down: starting with new paintings on the walls, change of carpets in the always (dirty and wasted). The telephone in our room only works to communicate with reception, didn't make outside phone calls. The amenities like toiletries (shampoo soaps) weren't replaced after the first day and we stay in the hotel for 9 days, they only change our bedroom sheets once when we place all sheets in the pillows in the floor. We need to ask for a different room because our room looked like nothing like the pictures we have on our reservation and on their website. The TV doesn't have Netflix or option for pay channels in English. You can stay in a much better and modern hotel for the price we paid for the "double luxe room" which sounds like a joke when we stay there. To change us for a different room they charge us extra, even that our reservation showed the next room we were placed., not the first that was smelly and outdated, looks like you get stuck in a cheap hotel in the 70"s. Since I had surgery we decided to stay to avoid rush abd moving around with heavy bags. But oh boy, I wish we stayed in a better hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was good, several options and quality was OK.

Cons: Rooms are old and out of fashion, almost decadent (very cheap 70's). Minibar didn't have any Diet or Ligjt beverage option. Minibar prices were not available. Terrible (uncoiled spring) mattress. Could not set AC temperature. I don't know how they dare to label themselves as a 4 star hotel and charge the same as Mercure or Wyndham.

Pros: Amazing breakfast; great location.

Cons: The bed was so soft and as I have a back problem I could not sleep on the couple bad. So I slept on the single bad on the living room.

Pros: The hotel is very well located in Ribeirão Preto downtown. The apartment was very comfortable with lots of space. A very good breakfast buffet is served. Staff is really helpful.

Cons: It was all good. My neighbor was a bit loud but I can't blame on the hotel.

Cons: One of the elevators was not working the whole weekend; breakfast area too small, there wasn’t enough tables/chairs for the guests so sometimes you had to wait for the others to leave; 40min before the breakfast closing there were just a few options of food available (replenish problem).

Cons: I asked at the desk to be at a quiet room and they put me near the elevator, where everyday at every hour there's people passing by and talking loudly. Our door never closed from the inside with the lock.

Cons: The hot water was very unstable, going in and out while you use it, both in the tap and shower.

Pros: It is a reasonable option when doing a short business trip because it is clean enough, has a reasonable bad, shower and internet.

Cons: Hotel administration would take better care of the maintenance of common areas and some items in the room like doors, closet, sink and lamps.

Cons: The girl on the front desk was absolutely not friendly. As I had reserved a room for three adults, I had to request a third towel FOUR times. The bathroom was absolutely narrow, almost impossible using the bowl.

Cons: Internet connection was not good. Breakfast could have better products, for instance, more variety of fruits and better quality bread and cereal.
