10,0 Excellent
Pros: Pension Sprinzl is located fairly close to the Vienna airport, but so much better than the airport hotels! The price was very reasonable, the room impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Since I didn't arrive until midnight they made arrangements for me that worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hospitable house!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous hotel with beautiful design and excellent staff that go out of their way to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Great bar, excellent breakfast. The location could also not be beat - within walking distance from Vienna's main downtown attractions, shopping and dining. Highly recommended.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Check in was an unpleasant experience . The staff member at the reception was not only impatient but actually rude. Upon arrival the bathroom smelled. They took care of it at some point, while I wasn't in the room. The room was located at D1 floor, from the window one could only see other hotel room's windows and a metal net that was right under the windows that faced the inner rectangular space at D1 floor, as was my room's window. Bathroom was small for two people but okay for one person. I personally found the mattress and the feather pillows uncomfortable. I arrived at this hotel after spending 2 nights at another hotel that wasn't located right at the center as this one but had a great stay there .
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice, walking distance to amazing sites and good restaurants.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic.
Cons: Smoke wafted up from the street bar below. The outside bar was right below our room and right outside the main entrance so you could not avoid the smoke. But then EVERYONE smokes in Vienna it seems so ...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely large room with very comfortable beds. Great location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Service is excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect with easy acces to museums, metro , resturants and shopping center. Breakfast is really good. Ambience is very nice. The bar has very good selection of drinks.

6,7 Good
Pros: Location is great everywhere is in walking distance, hotel was clean and tidy
Cons: At any time anyone can walk in and can go to rooms without any person asking where to go,
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had complimentary champagne on arrival as they knew we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. Great location. Breakfast plentiful and so much choice. Very warm greeting at breakfast. Beautiful decor and everything you needed and more, was provided in the room. Turn down service in the evening and chocolate - lovely touch.
Cons: Our bed had a visible hardwood board under the mattress?? However, the bed was still comfortable, but I guess that could have been hidden. 2 single duvets instead of one double? Some of the waiting staff at breakfast appeared stressed, and emotional. However, some of the guests were quite rude to them, which can't be easy for them.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was choreographed and perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: everything about this hotel is exceptional. the location, the service, the cleanliness... I travel around the world, i have never seen the check in clerk taking you to your room to show you around. The spa is extremely nice, this is high class hotel in great location, AMAZING value for your money.,
Cons: everything is perfect
4,6 Okay
Pros: Comfy beds
Cons: Breakfast was very disappointing. Cheese selection very poor . Same for fruits . No concierge on location when needed . It seemed that the concierge comes at 10 am , leaves at 5 pm . I was never able to find him . Staff were not able to help with directions and recommendations and were annoyed when asked , which was a big blow for me as a tourist who usually depends on concierge for tips directions and recommendations, dinner reservations or to get taxis . Has to google and do my own research and my own reservations They had a piano player from 5 to 11 . Unfortunately, it was more noise than music or anything else . She kept making mistakes , classicL pieces were distorted . We could not stay more that 10 min
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Superb location. Concierge helped us get tickets to see sold out Bruegel expo. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars
10,0 Excellent
Pros: As if Vienna wasn't magnificent enough, this hotel just kicks everything up several more notches! From the efficient and friendly (English-speaking) staff at check-in to the turn-down service at night, our stay was simply fabulous. The rooms are large and well appointed. Every last detail has been thought of, including courtesy umbrellas in the closet, bathrobes and slippers, stationery and more. We loved our balcony with its view up and down the street. The breakfast is simply superb--the best I have ever had in Vienna. There is an ample selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurts, and more, plus a hot menu you can order from if you prefer. The hot chocolate is utterly divine. We will definitely be back when we come to Vienna again!
Cons: There was zero room for improvement. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
6,7 Good
Cons: No ventilation in the toilet. No towel in the toilet. No king size bed as in the reservation. Frige making a lot of noise.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very comfortable, staff friendly and location couldn’t be better.
Cons: Window looked out on to another building. No view at all. Hotel also requested 300 Euros as deposit over the tariff. No mention in any documentation received prior. While nothing was spent the money was withdrawn from our account and not refunded for two days after leaving. Expensive breakfast at 36 Euros.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are nicely decorated Very helpful staff Excellent location
Cons: None!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: I loved the elegance, ambience, food and beverages.
Cons: The fact that I had to carry my suitcase from the 5th floor to reception as the elevator was being fixed.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The staff was wonderful
Cons: The hotel itself needs to be updated. Out of date with technology & decor. We were so let down with the Ritz Carlton. We left the Four Seasons in Prague and thought that the Ritz would be of similar quality. It was NOT! Did not live up to a five star hotel. I would give the hotel Itself a “2”, and the staff a “5”.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very kind and helpful
5,0 Okay
Pros: Size of the room was good.
Cons: One hr and a half to check in, till 4:30pm. The front desk was not helpful.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: ALL WAS EXCELLENT.
Cons: THE PRICE OF BREAKFAST.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had the best experience ever starting from the moment I stepped out of the car to the reception to end up with the best room. A great Experience team The Ritz Carlton Vienna has. The spa was in a whole different universe plus the pool. The duty manager has a great skill in handling the RC guests a very kind person and passionate about the job. Overall, I am so glad I had the chance to visit The Ritz Carlton Vienna and now am planning my next one for Bali.
Cons: My only threshold is on The Social Account Handler to be specific the Instagram, I've taken a lot of great shots and I kept tagging the Vienna IG account. However, they only reposted the ones who have more than 50K. I'm an accredited tourist guide of Abu Dhabi and a Cultural Guide, I might not have many followers on my social account because am an old-style I socialize physically. I attend seminars, events, and Private events. I am considered as an influencer who doesn't catch the trend but makes it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast offers HIGH quality of everything. Front desk super helpful to every question/request we came up with. Cleaning service is totally on point as they come in to clean and provide stuffs quite often instead of just once a day, of course per our permission to get in. Sauna room is clean and comfortable.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Service really is good at this hotel!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We found a fabulous price on Kayak. We would not have stayed at the Ritz at their normal rates. It was a terrific value for us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was expecting a beautiful hotel- this is the Ritz-Carlton after all- what I wasn’t expecting was how wonderful and helpful and pleasant the staff was. In D-Bar we met Nicolas and his colleague (sorry I didn’t ask the other bartenders name!) they were professional and fun at the same time! They made us feel at home and made fabulous suggestions for dinner in Vienna!!! Thank you both!!! Also Amanda at the desk was polite and helpful- the bellhop was extra helpful! The aspect that struck me as the most wonderful was that anytime I was lost in the hotel the staff (regardless of their specific responsibilities) walked me out of their way to where I was going! Yes the hotel is a bit expensive but when you put that along with the amazing service it was worthwhile!!!
Cons: Nothing it was terrific!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Classic Vienna-style rooms; high ceilings, luxury everything and attentive check-in/out.
Cons: Breakfast is not available until 7am; not so wonderful for early morning departure. Coffee and continental breakfast should be available from 5:30am or 6am.
7,1 Good
Pros: Bed is so comfortable, location is not bad the staff was friendly the concierge was really helpful.
Cons: When i did the check-in the receptionist wasn’t polite with me when i asked her to change the room she informed the porter to tell us that they refused to change it instead of calling us and explaining the situation & apologize, so the welcoming as a first impression wasn’t good.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room and great restaurant.
Cons: Poor air conditioning
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was spacious but the balcony could with some decor it is bear.
Cons: Location wasn’t as good as I hoped it would. We were 40mins away from the city centre so it wasn’t convenient.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: INCROYABLE AMAZING The bed was super confortable, I had an extra large bed room, no regrets
Cons: Not staying there longer
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lots! The hotel is a good hotel and the reception staff were great...the reception manager and the young male colleague at evening/ night were so helpful. Thank you. The decor is bright and funky. Shower was excellent and the bed super comfy. The location is fantastic-not just for the 20 min walk to the centre but a brilliant local area with loads of independent shops and bars. There is also a kettle in the room.
Cons: There are lots of things to like about this hotel, but the minor criticisms we have are: - It felt like the restaurant took precedence over the hotel and it's guests. The bar was really part of the restaurant with cutlery on the bar and you were not allowed to go through the restaurant to access your room, which was the direct path, but you had to take a roundabout route, including going outside, via a series of corridors. IT just made you feel slightly second class. -the housekeeping walked in to our room at 8.50 without knocking. Could have been v embarrassing. - the breakfast was prohibitively expensive at 18 euros so we couldn't try it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We fell in love in this hotel as soon as we made the first step in. Design and atmosphere are exceptional! Hotel is located at the heart of the city, which is a huge advantage. We were offered umbrellas when we decided to take a walk in the rain! Very helpful, polite and easy going personnel- but still very professional! Well done Max Brown. We have already started planning our next trip to Vienna, especially that we have found such a star to stay in!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very unique design, friendly staff, fun room with basketball!
Cons: The public transportation is not that convenient.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very helpful. It was my first time in Wien. The front desk went out of the way to help. Customer experience was great.
Cons: There is no Air conditioning. Once window left open, it gets better. I wish they could have at least pedisteal fan on sites.

Pros: It was my third visit here.Nice design, polite personal and fine location.Every time I note the same picture.I like this hotel very much!!

Pros: Lovely hotel. A lot of reviews say that the location is not good. I disagree. The location is great - just a short walk (10 - 15 minutes) to the hart of the city center. Would defenatly stay here again.
Cons: The lift makes an anoying sound when it passes the first flour. It woke me up the 1 night. Needs to be fixed.
6,7 Good
Pros: good international standard
7,3 Good
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Comfortable beds. Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing as the hotel is close to a few types of transportation.
Cons: I felt that the Wifi should have been free, but at least there is a computer free to use in the lobby.

Overview Reviews
A stay at Motel One Wien-Prater places you in the heart of Vienna, within a 10-minute walk of Riesenrad and Wiener Prater. Featured amenities include express check-out, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the room and the hotel in general. Great shower and shower head. The room was quiet and the hotel has a nice garden/deck where you can enjoy the air and have a drink. The staff was nice and polite. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. I also enjoyed the location, it is very close to the Prater park and 100m from the Mette Prater metro station and there are a few restaurants a coffee shops nearby.
Cons: The room I stayed in was very sparse, as a double room (it has a double bed) I'm not sure it would be very comfortable for two people. I stayed alone and for me it was OK. It could use a bed side table, though. The furniture is minimalism taken to the extreme.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The hotel is located right next to the amusement park, but about a 10-15 min walk from the train station. Private bathrooms and the cleanliness of the rooms was great.
Cons: They could have given us more flexibility for a late check out. I had to pay 10 Euros per hour past 12noon which i thought was steep.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location next to the subway. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Loved the terrace next to the Prater, great for breakfast or drinks! Price quality ratio is outstanding compared to other hotels in Vienna. We will be back again.
Cons: Unfortunately no fridge in the room.

Cons: No laundry service The telephone was not available in the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, with amazing view to Prater with all colorful attractions, next to big park. Close to City centre. Comfortable bed. Good sound insulation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Extra clean. Beds are very soft and comfortable. Metro entrance at the door. Very nice bar modern and warm looking in the same time.⁷
Cons: 11 euro for breakfast is a bit much. I travelled with an elderly that eats 1 croissant and a coffee. But the food quality was very good.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel near Messe and Prater . Nice interior in the lobby .The rooms are simple , but clean and convenient. Good WI-FI. Privat parking .
Cons: Pure breakfast for Austria.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for Messe visitors or Prater. The nearby Metro station enables you to go visit the city effortlessly. Hotel has a great parking garage, so that means a lot if you are visiting with your car.
Cons: Breakfast could be a bit more diverse. 2 days of the same items, no cooked options, but great fruit yogurts. Rooms might feel small, but for a business trip, they are enough. No other remarks.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I really like this hotel, rooms are very clean, bed was very comfortable, perfect location, very close to Prater and underground station. I'll book again room in this hotel.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, plenty to choose from. Quiet rooms. A five minute walk to the Belvedere. At least a 20 minutes walk to other tourist attractions, but its worth the walk ;)
Cons: nothing :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice modern facilities. The connected parking garage is certainly a bonus, If you are driving like us. We booked an Executive room, which was a suite style room, with separate bedroom and sitting room. It was well worth the few extra euros that it cost. We did not use the executive lounge. Access was included in the room cost. It did not seem to be that active (the lounge) but the facilities were nice. The included breakfast was very good.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Sauna
Cons: Black mold on the silicone around the bath
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about Budapest and the hotel, it is situated ideally in the heart of all the bars and Restaurants so didn’t have to worry about walking too far. There’s a great selection of restaurants right opposite, so I could literally cross the road and have a drink or meal If I didn’t fancy walking.
Cons: Having to leave.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location for centre of old town and train to airport
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and had a nice corner with a couch and a table for sitting. There was a desk with chair and outlets for working. Beds were very comfortable. Our room opened to an inner courtyard and it was very quiet. Location was great. Close to Belvedere, S-Bahn, Tram and some nice restaurants. Personnel was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The shower could have been a bit bigger and the shower door didn't shut firmly. Also needed new grout. But it was very clean. Breakfast was a bit overpriced at €23. I'm not a big breakfast eater and would have liked a cheaper, smaller option.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing value for the money! It seems like we got the nicest room in the hotel!
7,5 Good
Pros: The breakfast selection was fantastic
Cons: Staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t really make us welcome. I found the moment I responded to their greetings in English they were not helpful

A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.

Pros: Location Value for money
Cons: Internet was erratic during my stay particularly in my room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast! Good location in a quiet area but well situated by the old city.
Cons: No complaints. It was a very nice stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful little hotel, our room was large with a sitting area. Beautiful details, lovely garden. Would go again
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast/ breakfast buffet was very good, everything very tasty, the quality of the coffee was outstanding. The entire house has been very nicely refurbished, good, modern designs and colours in the rooms, high quality finishes (e.g. real wood parkett!). The outside terrace is also nicely decorated and represents another, additional plus point.
Cons: Nothing to complain or to report. At peak times the lift capacity sometimes comes to its limits.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, excelence breakfast, very spacey room with a bathtub, nice garden. Near to the underground station.
Cons: The hotel is on the verge between small and big. So breakfast is quite crowded and so is the elevator during the morning time, not something that bother me too much though. If I hade to change something, I would move the room service shift to after 10 am, they are starting around 8 and making elevators even more precious :-).
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast and the hotel’s location is close to major attractions.
Cons: We’ve been promised welcome snacks for our dogs and never received them. The reception desk told us that „dogs are generally not allowed”, but they may stay for extra charge. We can pay for the dogs - this is not a problem. It’s more about the attitute towards dogs which was clearly not communicated well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very helpful friendly staff
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, a bit outside the city center but minutes away from the U-bahn stop, and right next to the fair ground and a nice main street with lots of restaurants. Pros: Nice interior design, very nice and comfortable sitting area outside the hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough and clean. Location was fantastic and overall enjoyed my stay very much.
Cons: Toilet door was all glass, feels a little uncomfortable. Wifi was not great. The outside sitting are is closed off at night, would be nice to have it available for longer \ late night stays (although I imagine it is closed off to allow guests whose rooms face the inside yard to rest)

Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom had a bathtub with shower fixtures so you could bathe or shower. The toilet was in a separate room from the sink and bathtub/shower. From our window we could see a nice outside lounging area, although we did not make use of it during our stay. There was a fairly large supermarket in the same block as the hotel.

Pros: This was an excellent hotel. From the signs outside the train station directing you to the hotel (it is easy to find and near the station but I get lost ridiculously easily) to the little touches like leaving a card in the room so the aircpn remained on to a delicious fresh breakfast. When I return to Vienna, I will be booking this place again.

25hours Hotel Vienna at MuseumsQuartier - Vienna - Building

8,9 Excellent (6 185 reviews)
R2 285+
Overview Reviews
The 25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier plays with the dreams and sensations associated with the world of the circus. From the museum district to the Prater, the Opera Ball, the Life Ball and the city's many music venues, Vienna has always been synonymous with sensations and shows. The hotel symbolises the tradition-steeped institution that is the circus. It is surreal, surprising and sexy; a place that plays with fantasies and the exotic. The lines between imagination, reality, space and time are blurred.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location (a few minutes from both the Museum Quartier and the Rathaus), super friendly and helpful staff. I love the quirkiness of the hotel in general! Excellent breakfast, too. I did not have dinner in the restaurant this time around, but I have in the past and loved it (and the quirkiness continues, here, too).

Cons: small rom no coffee maker in rom. and the receptionist ask’t 3 times if we where staying in the same rom, we only book 1 rom and then, are you staying in the same bed. yes if there is only one bed!!! because were are to men??
6,2 Good
Pros: The location. Within the walking distance of the city center.
Cons: There were no closets in ouf room. Also, the entire hotel runs on one HVAC system. Therefore, either the HVAC is setup for cool OR heat.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Rooftop bar
Cons: Checked in my suite, didn’t like the view, I asked Kevin to upgrade/downgrade my room for a better view and pay the difference, he declined and insisted i go threw booking. Defiantly not a 5 star hotel treatment + the A/C was not cool enough for me to sleep + no blackout blinds + bad smell nearly everywhere. Not recommended
5,8 Okay
Pros: Great location, amazing views from the Panorama Suites.
Cons: The main gripe is the noise from the bar, it’s incredibly loud in the evening/night when you’re trying to sleep. The hotel also feels a little bit tired/worn out in places.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a great location, the stuff is charming. The option to have a MINI for free is excellent. The rooftop bar is great. Everything was great.

Pros: Great location , clean room , good staff and we enjoyed the lemon water near the elevators . In addition, the view in breakfast area is fantastic .
Cons: When we firstly arrived to the hotel in our chick in date , we were shocked that there was no luggage porter in the main front gate (no security as well) so I had to get off the car and go inside to find the porter and trolly my self (i was already so tired cuz of my long flight) !! However, This should not happen in a five star hotel . There was 2 concierges during my stay , one of them doesn’t know any thing and never answered any of my questions unlike the other one (the shorty) who helped me with a great recommendations (I wish if I could remember his name )

Pros: Great hotel for the money we paid - very clean, all the facilities you need, bed was comfortable. There's a supermarket adjacent to the hotel and a bar in the hotel itself. We didn't take breakfast.
Cons: We didn't expect much - and the hotel was very good, so no bad comments.
8,8 Excellent
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All is good and what one can expect from 3 star hotel even more. This is third time I am returning to this hotel. Will do it again if I go back to Vienna
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is right near the underground station There is a supermarket on the first floor The room is more or less clean.
Cons: - The sheet covers we're of some yellow/beige color, not white as expected in the hotel. - The armchair was extremely uncomfortable. - There were only three towels for two people. - There we're not enough electricity plugs to charge the electronics - only one near the bed and one on the table. - There were two very small uncomfortable pillows provided and when I asked the reception to bring 2 more, they've brought only one, which I've found out in the evening when returning back to the hotel - There were only a few international channels, so basically nothing to watch on TV - The view from the hotel room is not nice and there no nice restaurants surrounding it.
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel is good and near metro station. Room is very nice and air condition was good.
Cons: Reception staff especially the lady in the morning need to smile . carpet in the corridor of our room floor was not clean. no lock for the toilet.

Pros: Great location, short walk away from subway, nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood itself. Conveniently located next to a supermarket. My main criteria was safe parking and this hotel's garage delivered here.
Cons: Bedding maybe a bit too warm for the season (we visited in august), but this is hardly a complaint.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right across an U-bahn station, 5-20 minutes by metro to almost all we wanted to visit in Vienna. The hotel is huge and well managed. The 2 single beds in our twin room were large and comfy. Our room did not face the street and was very quiet. Reception stuff is extremely helpful. Great value.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is great as it is about 1min walk langenfeldgasse station and there are supermarkets (Spar and Billa) nearby. The receptionist, Martina was very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Staff was great and helped make the visit special for the entire family -- rooms were spotless and comfortable. Although the location was a little far from all the main tourist spots, there were a couple of very good local restaurants and cafes within close walking distance to the hotel, which the staff recommended and which helped give the feel of being in foreign city as they were not tourist spots....Great value
Cons: just wished it was a little closer to the city center as, with a family, we really needed to take a taxi in the morning to the City Center and one home in the evening as it was to far to walk....

6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The high cost per night does not equal to high quality rooms
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was good because your basically next to the opera house. The room is well designed, so it feels very spacious (Superior Room with City View), I'm pretty sure even the regular room is enough. The minibar (drinks) is free (we were surprised) and they refill it everyday. They provide a free mobile wifi hotspot in your room that you can carry with you (we didn't use it but it was pretty cool they provide it). There's a pool (we didn't use it).
Cons: I can't really think of anything besides it's more on the pricey side, but it's worth it. If I was trying to be SUPER picky against other 5 stars these are by no means bad things: We refused help with our luggage (bellhop), however generally 5 star hotels would handle your luggage for you (have someone staged to do this). The elevator bank(s) get really busy during peak hour, and they are kind of slow. There were stairs in the middle of the floor plan (3rd floor) to your room, this was kind of awkward in terms of hotel design. The shower knobs in our shower were kind of worn in terms of "not exact" ie. turning to the off position takes a little fidgeting. The cold/hot knob needing a lot more fidgeting (the warm lock button was always in the depressed mode) to get the right temperature (water is super hot).

Pros: Great location and service.

Pros: Good location within walking distance of centre. Good size room with comfortable bed

Overview Reviews
A pitch perfect combination of history and modern design awaits you at Das Triest which opened in 1995. Back in the days Das Triest used to be a staging post on the horse-drawn mail couch route between Vienna and Trieste. Austrian architect Peter Lorenz and British interior designer Sir Terence Conran joined forces to preserve parts of the original structure combining elements of imperial elegance with sober lines. Subtle nautical touches like old ship railings and flags feature throughout the hotel, evoking an indirect homage to the port city of Trieste. The 71 amply-appointed rooms and suites feature porthole mirrors and windows and specially commissioned photographs of Trieste and Vienna further celebrate a connection to the building’s historic role in international travel. This singular retreat has been expanded with an additional 49 rooms and suites designed by Wehdorn Architects, whose work stands autonomously beside that of Conran’s, producing an interesting and creative design dialogue.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: everything
Cons: small lobby
9,4 Excellent
Pros: It is a good hotel in a very good location. It is an old hotel but was tastefully renovated and the amenities were very good.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Modern, calm and relaxed environment. Staff were knowledgeable and efficient. Room service excellent. We didn’t book breakfast but ate at Collio and food was excellent. Molton Brown toiletries and plenty of towels. Nespresso coffee machine.
Cons: Cups in room could have been cleaned better. Two Teabags were provided and not replaced once used up for a 5 day stay and had to be requested. 1 guest doesn’t drink coffee so was a nuisance.twin duvets are provided for a king size bed. Although the 5 star Grand Ferdinand also does this and we had to stay there due to BA strike extending our stay and we both thought Das Treist much better in comparison.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful with a great staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location is close to the inner stadt but far enough away to not be as busy. We had the Stephensdom room with a balcony with a fabulous view.
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location is wonderful and thats all
Cons: First of all as per booking.com this is a 5 star hotel which the hotel itself says it is NOT!! The house keeping was one of the worst house keeping I have ever seen even in 4 star hotels. It is a good hotel but it does not worth this much money. Again as per booking.com it has a roof terrace but the hotel says it is only open when there is a conference and not for hotel guests. We had 2 rooms, 1 superior double room and 1 junior suite, and none of them was cleaned during 5 nights of stay and the house keeping just made the beds and that was it. I informed the hotel couple of times but nothing has changed. For example I used 1 glass of wine and coffe cups the first night we arrived but they didn’t get washed as long as we were in the room. In the other room We had some fine whiskey in the room and some of it was gone when we came back to the room. It is just unbelievable what their definition of service is. The only good service we received was when we checked in and the lady at the reception was very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who expects a 5 star quality hotel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is awesome, very cool bar and bistro with good food. Walking distance to most downtown sights and good bars everywhere.
Cons: Some of the front desk staff are pretty cold. Cleaning staff super friendly and helpful.

Pros: - location 3-minute walk from the Karlsplatz - highly recommend for relaxing evenings :-) - really close to Nachtmarkt - which has great cafes and restaurants - very clean an - air conditioning - working perfectly, effective ventilation (in spite the fact that the widows could not be opened) - fantastic cosmetics - bathroom perfect - big shower, spacious, elegant - room rather quiet - new coffee every day - cleaning staff were really nice and helpful - comfortable bed - enough space to put clothes in a closet - nice terrace on the roof - nice views, sofas - the lighting was perfect
Cons: - a bit slow elevator - couldn't drink just coffee in the restaurant in the yard (you have to order sth to eat as well)

Pros: The location of the hotel was great and the room we stayed super spacious with a lot of comforts.
Cons: The breakfast is served till 10:00. I went for breakfast at 9:30 and much of the food was not refilled. Also if you just wanted to get something at 9:59 you got a notice by the staff. That’s something I have never seen and especially at a five star hotel. Moreover the buffet had quality food but nothing impressive or variety as most 5star hotels. So after 2-3 days we ended up skipping breakfast.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Close to public transportation.
Cons: Wifi was terrible — which is surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Coffee pods were not replenished. Air conditioning was not cold and only had two fan settings — on and off. Even if you drop the temperature it stays warm inside the room. Breakfast was simple — nothing to justify the hefty price tag (25 euros per person, yikes). Staff were okay - helpful but not particularly welcoming or cheerful.

Pros: A great place to rest near the airport. It is really a 10 minutes distance. Also, Vienna center is quite close (about 20 minutes by car). Although we arrived very late, the room keys waited for us and since we had to depart early, I asked in advance for breakfast bags - which were indeed waiting for us in the rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Thanks!

Pros: Clean and within walking distance to the Multiversum. Breakfast was really good. They offered typical European breakfast but also had a menu with eggs to order (omelets, scrambled etc). Everything was really great - well above expectations. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
Cons: Wouldn't change a thing. Thanks! Everything was perfect.
