The rooms are small, check in took a long time, restaurant is ok. The hotel is in need of a little updating. It just feels a bit run down. However location can’t be beat if you have early flight, I guess you are paying for the convenient location because I would not be happy to pay that much for that hotel in any other circumstance. Reception staff are excellent. Hotel restaurant is modest but meal are delicious and personal could suggest to choose a good wine. Rooms and everything in it are very clean.

The TV in the room didn’t work and neither did the reading lamp. I expect the basics to work. The restaurant food was mediocre at best but the service was good. Overall, the hotel wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. I expect more for my money. Next time I will skip NH and try another near the airport.

Followed signs for hotel leading out the door and you find yourself standing across from the hotel entrance. To get to the airport you exit the hotel, cross the street and enter the airport terminal. Cons (-) Unclean - others' hairs in the bathroom; didn't look as though the toilet had been flushed since its last use; washbasin didn't drain. Many of the TV channels weren't working. Only working English language TV channel was CNN. Decor very outdated and non-descript. Food served at breakfast worse than average. Overpriced for the standards delivered.

Cons (-) the customer service was zero! the girl at the desk did mistake when she set the card to go to the room , by gave me a wrong number. I have to comeback all the way down to ask her to set a properly number of the card. no apologize...nothing. no hit on the room very cold and very dirty. also customer service the bad I ever see on any hotels.... too bad....for how much money I paid very disappointed...
