Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and comfortable beds, with many also appreciating the quality of breakfast and room size. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, including unfriendly staff and lack of assistance, as well as significant noise issues due to inadequate soundproofing. Some guests also mention problems with the bathroom facilities and lighting. Overall, while the hotel offers good comfort and a convenient location, improvements are needed in service and noise control.AI-generated from customer reviews
