Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. 8,8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and luxury bedroom and bathroom. With late arrival and early departure it is difficult to make a fair evaluation and provide good feedback. Impression this is good place to stay.
Cons: The access to the restaurant closes at 21.30. Although I was able to get in and being served, this was a little awkward for a hotel guest.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel with beautiful & spacious rooms. Enjoyed the unique shoebox to set outside your door with breakfast delivered in it the next morning.
Cons: No complaints!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed in some of the nicest hotels in the world and this hotel is right on par w a 5+ star hotel
Cons: Architecture, friendliness of staff, ambience, value (i was shocked by all we got for the price we paid) posh boutique feel, high end finishes, didn't want to leave!!!
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room and the decor. The staff was great. I was celebrating my 15th Anniversary and if was the perfect place for my wife and I to get away. We went to eat at RA Bistro and didn't have to drive. Our stay was so relaxing and just simply perfect.
Cons: There was nothing to not like. Wish I stayed another night
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We booked an overnight stay so that we could attend a music event at Lynchburg's Academy Center of the Arts, and avoid a drive back to Richmond immediately after the event. We were impressed by the extent to which the old town section of Lynchburg has been renovated, with many new loft apartments in restored buildings, and a number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the Craddock Terry Hotel. As for the hotel itself, it is a modern reuse of an historic factory building. Our room {like others} had a high ceiling, and was quite large. The furnishings {a couch, armchair, full-size desk and chair, and a huge bed} were of exceptional quality. The hotel provided a small continental breakfast {muffin, yoghurt, and an orange}, with coffee available in the lobby {or by use of the in-room coffee maker}.
Cons: Trains sound their horns at a nearby grade-level crossing. This might bother light sleepers. The rooms facing west {the parking area} might be quieter. Our room was, otherwise, quiet except for some noise from the air conditioning fan.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic. We stayed in a premium room. It was spacious and updated. Very unique with an interesting history.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was ever so sweet!
Cons: They did not check the refrigerator because it was unplugged and defrosted in the floor upon arrival.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well number one, any place that has a wine dispenser in the lobby is immediately my kind of hotel. The room was fantastic, and to make things even better there is a pizza restaurant in the building. I loved the decor based on the history of the building as a shoe factory. The breakfast which was delivered in a shoeshine box was delicious. I highly recommend
8,0 Excellent
Pros: If there are 2 guests, there should be 2 free breakfasts.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding experience! The room was very comfortable. Loved the bedding and pillows. The sleep sounds was the perfect extra touch!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything met our high expectations

Pros: Great location. Staff was helpful. Room was great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There was a pull out sofa in addition to 2 queen beds, which is very helpful when traveling with adult children.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a 10!
Cons: Not a thing.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I would like the location better if it was more into town, but always a great stay when I stay here.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good, and the location was excellent.., hotel is very clean, and the rooms were very roomy, not cramp at all, would definitely stay there again...
Cons: meat on the breakfast menu..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I LOVED the fact that the TV had Netflix on it. I usually have to bring a USB cable to connect the TV to my computer but Netflix was already on it.
Cons: Everything was great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The lay out of the room and the sofa bed.
Cons: It needed another space with a mirror. It was difficult for multiple ladies to get ready. In a perfect world a magnified light up mirror.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Like the layout of the room. A separate living space to work. Large swivel TV so you can view from both areas of the room.
Cons: The bathroom light over the sink is not bright enough to really see clearly when you are applying your make up. I know it might not mean much to everyone.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is excellent. Breakfast is above average. I will stay there again with the following reservations;
Cons: Need more outlets at desk. Only 12 TV channels worked and not happy with selection of channels. Those are the only things that keep it from scoring higher.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was staffed by warm humans! And if you don't want to drive anywhere for dinner, a Chili's is less than 30 yards away.
Cons: US 29 runs directly and immediately in front of the hotel, and traffic on it can be and usually is heavy, fast, and dangerous. Use caution and exit from the driveway further from Chili's, that is, the one closer to town and the bypass.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in. Everything in order and clean.
Cons: Everything was great, but I found a hair in my bed sheets when I turned down the comforter. The fitted sheet was really wrinkled, and especially on one side ( like maybe a person had slept there already, but I couldn’t tell sure sure and it was 2am when I got got back to the hotel and I was exhausted ) so it made me a little uncomfortable...but other than the hair the sheets appeared clean. This is my second second or third stay here and I’d stay here again though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great modern and clean!

Pros: It was very clean and the staff was great.
Cons: There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
6,3 Good
Pros: we stayed 2 day and breakfast was very tasty and plentiful on sat the 26, but they ran out of some of the items that were slated to be on the buffet and were substituted with just eggs and just about all items were very low or out, and some was not very warm. It took the kitchen staff a lot of work to try and keep up on the 27th Sunday. understand that even though I have voiced my opinion about some short comings about breakfast under the "what did you like" what they did have was tasty and far better then a bowl of cold cereal and a bruised up apple at some hotel chains
Cons: We had made a this reservation well in advance of our stay, and when we arrived and received our key, went to the room we realized we were not in the room we reserved we were given a king room and my reservation was for a King Suite, with speaking to the desk they did confirm that we did reserve a King Suite but that someone on the staff had given our room to another guest ??? very confused how this could have happened but they did make several attempt to "fix" the problem with different options and we did stay there as all hotels in the area were fully booked...just have to scratch my head and ask why didn't they inform me of this mistake instead of passing another room off on me in hopes of me not noticing felt a little shady and I did feel a little like I was being taken advantage of and in closing we did take the room that was utilized for wheel chair access with two queen beds and opted for a roll away for my teenage son
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was awesome but overall the staff was the best part of our stay. Very friendly and so helpful!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. They were helpful, personable and friendly. The breakfast staff were especially kind and helpful. Would recommend opening a conference room for breakfast overflow..many ate standing up.
Cons: The remotes to the tv were not easy to use. You have to be a couple of feet in front of the tv for it to work, no sitting on the bed to use. Plus they are not user friendly...way to many nonessential buttons.

Pros: The hotel looked beautiful.
Cons: There was a issue with my card so they called to get another but i was in traffic while traveling trying to find my way. By the time i stopped i had no cell service. I continued to my family reunion. Later that evening i drove another 45 minutes to get to the hotel to find out they couldn't reach me so they gave my room away. I was shocked a Hilton would do that. I did understand people have done this in the past and i left. I was 4 hours from home so i was able to drive another hour and half back to my cousins camping area. Im glad im outdoorsy because we were prepared to camp. Im very disappointed in the Hilton. I was looking forward to a nice swim and a warm bed.

Pros: Owners are super nice and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well stocked with necessities.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: We checked into this location after a event. We didn't get there until late. The key was left in the mailbox by the office door. We went to room 17 and went in. When we pulled the brown top cover off the bed it was full of bugs. The bathroom had pubic hairs in the tub and on the sink. I called and left a message on the answering machine at the office since the office was closed at that hour of the night. I called from my cell phone 2 other times and no answer. I then called from my office phone. What do you know I got an answer. I spoke to a gentleman who claimed he hadn't gotten any calls from me or any messages. We had to miss the next day of our event due to the fact we couldn't stay somewhere that was dirty and had bugs. I sent the gentleman a picture of one of the bugs. Needless to say I haven't got a call back from them and really don't expect to either. I was really upset by this because I had worked overtime just to have the money to take my daughter to this special event just to have it ruined. We had to drive back home because we had nowhere to stay.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Good price for an apartment style room. Very clean. Great staff and very friendly. Extremely quiet area.

Pros: It was great when we arrived around 11 AM and asked when the 2 rooms would be ready. The manager said we could check in any time. I also asked if we could have one room close to the exit due to my brother having difficulty walking. He was so accommodating to save 3 rooms until my brother arrived and got to choose which room would work best. Through out our 3 day 2 night stay everyone was so friendly and helpful. At the end of our stay they allowed my brother to leave their keys in the room . Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Motel was located close to the venue we were going to and a short ride there.
Cons: We found that some of the rooms could be entered with only a credit card. There were no tissues in the rooms and no toilet paper holder in the bathrooms.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. Just before getting into Lynchburg. The hotel is older, but very well kept. Great for a quick getaway!
Cons: I really like this hotel, but it's older. So, if you're expecting a brand new hotel with all of the "bells and whistles" this won't be where you want to stay. It's comfy, and very clean.

Cons: Not a thing
7,0 Good
Pros: The room was very clean. I liked having a refrigerator and the breakfast provided (wish there had been eggs the day I was there
Cons: 1. I'd like the option to turn off the fan in the bathroom, instead of it automatically coming on with the light 2. The pillows are too thick. I couldn't get my neck in a comfortable position. 3. There needs to be a way to turn the fan vents away from the bed, not just up and down. These are my personal preferences, but wouldn't keep me from staying here again. I would just bring my own pillow
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff was fair, and honest. The motel was average. The motel was extremely clean. You could tell that the motel needed some carpet replaced. Those are extremely small details. I was upset with a smell in a room. The staff did extremely well at find

Pros: I've stayed in some of the nicest hotels in the world and this hotel is right on par w a 5+ star hotel

Pros: If there are 2 guests, there should be 2 free breakfasts.
