10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly and engaging; room was was excellent, bed extremely comfortable. Everything was as expected; would recommend and definitely stay there again.
Cons: Direct TV was not working; but really no big deal as we really didn't spend a lot of time in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was delicious. Relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: By no fault of theirs, a storm knocked out power for over 7 hours; overnight. The room ended up a little stuffy with no AC. Again, no one's fault. We made the best of it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was beautiful. The staff (both night check in and day shift) was amazing! The location was quiet and yet close to many stores and restaurants. Breakfast in the bistro was home cooked to taste. I really liked the (front) door to the parlor and the second (back) door for privacy. Sure would have liked to have stayed longer!
Cons: Maybe a tub and not just a shower. But really nothing not to like.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great size room for a family. Family run hotel... all very welcoming. Space outside to sit. Great breakfast!
Cons: Nothing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was near PERFECT! The room (#10) was splendid; spacious, beautifully equipped and exceptionally comfortable. Thoughtful touches like bottled water. Would return anytime. Awesome.
Cons: There was nothing to not like. All perfect.
7,9 Good
Pros: The bed and bedding were very comfy. The ac was cold. The showere was hot. Nice touch with shampoos and soaps in shower. Breakfast was yummy!
Cons: The floor board near the bathroom, room 10, was bulging up and I tripped. There was no one at the desk when we arrived. We found a note instructing us to our room, kinda weird!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding and staff was great! Great value!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Acorn Hill was classy yet cozy with personal touches like gourmet cookies in the lobby and a yummy full breakfast of your choice in the bistro. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was amazing! It was huge with a full size kitchen, a soft king bed, an eating area, a large luxurious spa tub and two balconies! We really appreciated environmentally friendly touches like bulk shampoo/conditioner and bulk coffee in the room versus single serve wasteful packaging. Also noticed they used warm led lighting on a motion detect in the hallways which was subtle and pleasant. We even got a couple massage at the spa which was incredible and reasonably priced.
Cons: Everything was great. The massage spa is heavily Christian themed which some may find uncomfortable, however the massage therapists were amazing.
7,5 Good
Pros: room was good had plenty of space not cramped up like a regular hotel room breakfast was good had a nice massage at the spa and also got nails done nice place to relax
Cons: it was all good
7,1 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room was spacious but oddly decorated. It was in need of some cosmetic work and the kitchenette had random food in the cabinets. It get like we were staying in a random strangers home, which is not what we were looking for.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Great experience and staff.
Cons: Overall it was a great trip the only problem is the free breakfast isn’t really much of a breakfast. A store bought muffin, yogurt, fruit and a juice seems light to the amount of advertisements of free breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel with beautiful & spacious rooms. Enjoyed the unique shoebox to set outside your door with breakfast delivered in it the next morning.
Cons: No complaints!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic. We stayed in a premium room. It was spacious and updated. Very unique with an interesting history.
Cons: Nothing.
7,5 Good
Pros: We had a great experience from the turn down service, to room service of getting a bottle of champagne delivered, it was very enjoyable and relaxing. The bed was super comfy and we felt like the facility was well cleaned. It was a wonderful anniversary getaway weekend! :)
Cons: I felt like the breakfast option could be better. The biggest complaint we had was the shower had very little water pressure so for someone short like myself it took forever to get my hair rinsed out and it wasn't very enjoyable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet hotel. Large rooms. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was warm and helpful in every way. The hotel was unique and well appointed with your needs. There were several types of restaurants available. The outdoor spaces were beautiful.
Cons: I was there for only one night, but I really can’t think of anything I didn’t enjoy.

Pros: Beautiful rooms
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Generous space in the room and common areas, quiet, finished industrial design was true to the original property and appreciated, great back door access to the appealing riverfront restaurants and shops.
Cons: Check in staff very nice and helpful but tended to rush their presentation. Very courteous but could slow it down a bit.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Free shoe shine and breakfast!
Cons: Gym equipment lacking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good but the muffins were not up to the normal we have had in the past. We love the Craddock and have stayed there multiple times. Love that their pet rate is not super high and they give your dog a goodie bag.
Cons: Everything was good. Having a microwave would be a good addition.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was so comfortable, the bed was like sleeping on air! Extremely clean place , staff was very co operating Would go back for sure !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was like a cloud and the room was beautiful. It made me feel very important

Pros: Size and look of the suite. Well decorated and comfortable. The house cleaning employee assigned to our room was very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning. The interior and exterior of the hotel was appealing and building has been well maintained.
Cons: Some of the employees working the front desk did not make eye contact nor speak even when they were not busy on the phone or assisting a guest. Our check in and check out front desk employees we're extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast on our checkout morning was lacking. It was 9:20am when we were in the eatery. All the bread bins were empty and both waffle makers were in use by other guests. There was only a couple spoons of eggs remaining at the time. Breakfast was definitely a nig disappointment.

Cons: The TV only got a few channels and the staff didn't seem to care. There we're a TON of kids there and many were playing in the work out room while I tried to work out. The hot water heater went out as I was checking out so I could not shower.

Pros: Owners are super nice and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well stocked with necessities.

Cons: We checked into this location after a event. We didn't get there until late. The key was left in the mailbox by the office door. We went to room 17 and went in. When we pulled the brown top cover off the bed it was full of bugs. The bathroom had pubic hairs in the tub and on the sink. I called and left a message on the answering machine at the office since the office was closed at that hour of the night. I called from my cell phone 2 other times and no answer. I then called from my office phone. What do you know I got an answer. I spoke to a gentleman who claimed he hadn't gotten any calls from me or any messages. We had to miss the next day of our event due to the fact we couldn't stay somewhere that was dirty and had bugs. I sent the gentleman a picture of one of the bugs. Needless to say I haven't got a call back from them and really don't expect to either. I was really upset by this because I had worked overtime just to have the money to take my daughter to this special event just to have it ruined. We had to drive back home because we had nowhere to stay.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Good price for an apartment style room. Very clean. Great staff and very friendly. Extremely quiet area.
Cons: Older furnishings with really worn carpet. Clean but worn badly. Beds weren't very comfortable and pillows were thick and hard. Walls are thin-heard the neighbors alarm clock play music for an hour starting at 6:00 AM.
9,6 Excellent

Cons: I really can't think of anything that I didn't like about it
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean clean clean great area
Cons: Everything qas awesome
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms almost like a small apartment. Not like a hotel. More of home like feeling.
Cons: Manager was very noisy and asked a lot of questions! Things i felt wasn't any of her business! Such as relationship between myself and all guess staying in room with me. Also asked questions concerning my sexuality. Which os no concern of the hotels. As long as i pay and dont destroy room or break any laws.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The lady at the front desk asked too many questions like my car brand and color and etc. She even made a copy of my ID. Other places do not do that so it was uncomfortable. I didn't want to let her copy it but I just wanted to get a room quickly so I just didn't comment on it. Except for that, I enjoyed my stay there.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Great atmosphere.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice decor.
Cons: The room was not very clean and wood furnishings were dated. The ice maker didn't work on my floor, and many small paint chips from the pool edge were floating in the pool
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great! If you pay extra for breakfast, because they have complimentary or made to order! The staff was excellent, very nice, polite, & eager to help in any way! The bed was very comfy with a variety of different firmness pillows! I also lived there Keurig in the room, just not enough of any of the condiments or k-cups for 2 people to have a cup of coffee!
Cons: I don't think that we should be charged for the massacre to order breakfast considering the $$ spent for a one night stay! Our tv kept going in & out (shutting down/ having to restart directv back up) everytime it went out (at least 5 times) it would take like 5-10 mins to restart! & I also paid extra for a room with a tub, but it was not big enough for me (female 125 lbs) to fit in it, which was extremely disappointing considering I spent extra for that as well! I was expecting more modern decor in the rooms, especially more up to date fixtures in the bathroom!
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The way they put a big amount on your credit card they said it was because some one in past damaged something in room
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very comfortable. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating...meeting quickly any need we had.

Pros: Location was close to the mall
Cons: The shower was old and discolored, couldn’t turn off shower and even difficulty to turn on. Property needed update as doors were dirty.
7,0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: You can hear everything in other rooms, our bathroom was small, the tub had hair in it when we arrived. Breakfast was delish however the bench became infested with ants so we had to throw our food away and swat ants off our clothes and belongings
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and cleanliness with two queen beds, easy access to restaurants around Lynchburg.
Cons: We have only a sheet and a very thin blanket. I asked for a blanket and was denied, told that's why you have a thermostat in the room. We like to sleep in a cool low humidity room.

Pros: The front desk people were very courteous and helpful. Couldn’t get the water in the bath to work and Jonathan left his desk to help me. Much appreciated.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: Location awesome
Cons: Check in was slow, wrong price charged and had to be corrected. Drain in shower really slow.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The bright and modern decor. Everything looked updated.
Cons: The mattress was subpar and the shower handle was not intuitive.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We had to evacuate our home for Hurricane Dorian. We usually stay at another name-brand hotel in the area but chose this one because of the good price and all of the amenities (including pet-friendly) Everyone was friendly. The popcorn was a nice touch. They were very accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of different options including waffle maker with choc chip flavor too! Eggs were moist and bacon was great/sausage too. The pool area was nice-liked fireplace too. Parking was convenient. The beds were comfortable too. Really was a comforting place to be in the midst of the Hurricane. Thank you so much!
Cons: Hot water wasn't always available in Room 205s shower. I may have requested a walk in shower for my mom-didn't get that but not sure I requested that in reservation. The pool could have been a bit cleaner but not bad.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and large room. Very convenient to parking area. Very nice lobby area.
Cons: TV channel selections very poor. Very few choices. No info in room about hotel facilities or services available.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Very accommodating to my request for a late arrival time. The young lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Sara) was so sweet. She didn't make me feel like an idiot when I called to ask how to turn the water on for the shower (you pull the handle out...lol). Amazing breakfast too. The staff taking care of the breakfast area was quick to clean up tables as people would leave and clean any accidental messes made in the food area
Cons: Bathroom was a bit small

Pros: Clean, well kept. Breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: awesome free breakfast....lovely spread, great dining areas. great ambiance...
Cons: i have been here several times in the last two years, so i am familiar with the place. however, this (and the previous visit, approx 1-2 weeks earlier) i unfortunately dealt with the same front desk person, both in person,,and on the phone. she was by far, the rudest, uninterested front desk employee i have met in any hotel, bar none...she was totally unbelievable, in a bad, bad way. when i told her she was rude, i got a wide-eyed, phony response that i took her the wrong way. not true, she was a beast. housekeeping was not up to par, found dirty towel in tub, sunflower seed (not ours) on the floor upon check-in, and dearth of toiletries available.....all in all an unhappy stay at what should be a fine establishment, considering the price.
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location and nice sized room
Cons: The cleanliness left a little to be desired. There were crumbs on my desk when I checked in and the bathroom had a musty odor as well as a tight layout.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.
Cons: All was good
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The free breakfast was great, not the usual continental fare. Hotel lobby was very nice. I had read some bad reviews after we had booked, and was concerned about some issues that were brought up, but they seemed pretty much resolved. Would definitely stay here again. Great location.
Cons: The pool could use an update, looked a bit rundown. Pool towels were tiny . Also the bar area was a bit confusing at first, but, it doubles as the buffet area for breakfast in the morning.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, well appointed lobby, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Cons: Room was a bit dated. I had to move one of the mattresses to plug my phone in to place on the nightstand.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very accommodating, highly recommend.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the property. The restaurant inside the hotel is a nice amenity. They also include free breakfast.
Cons: The beds were not the best in comfort. The room overall was nice.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: The best way to describe the experience was "sad" .From broken elevators to furniture (scratched and old) in rooms it was if you had traveled back in time and tried to paint it all over. It looked ok in pictures but the thousand words were all bad!
7,1 Good
Pros: Did not know breakfast was complementary until I heard about it from another guest. Once I did know, it was good.
Cons: The beds were pretty sad. Very uncomfortable. Beds were the only issue though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious...
5,4 Okay
Cons: The bathroom had mold in between the tiles. It was water bottles from the previous person. I was not good for me.

Pros: - Checkin/checkout was good - breakfast was good - room was clean - facility was clean
Cons: I had a terrible experience with the front desk attendant name Malik when my key was deactivated. I reported her to the manager.

Pros: The location of this hotel is great. Both times I have stayed here, the staff have been very nice. The onsite restaurant is a little pricey but the food was good.
Cons: Nothing bad to say.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really great location for exploring downtown Lynchburg. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the staff was great!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great; the dinner was equally as great. The employees at both the restaurant and hotel are friendly and helpful. I have been visiting Lynchburg for approximately 20 years and have stayed at a variety of hotels but I keep coming back to this one. The concierge, Elvis, and the breakfast waiter, Ralph, are two very special people that I look forward to seeing every time I visit. I like that you have free parking as well.
Cons: I can't think of anything that could have made our visit any better. It says a lot about the hotel when you have staff that have been there for many, many years. Maybe a band on Saturday night would have been a nice way to end the day. Just an idea.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I liked that I left my rings in the bathroom and they were still there when I called. The housekeeping manager was wonderful and checked the room himself and found them.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The only nice thing about this hotel was the exterior & lobby...anything good ended there.
Cons: Oh,my...the interior doors both from the hall to the room & from the room into the bathroom had to have been there since the 70’s. The carpet in our room was filthy. The cable on the TV had very few working channels and would not play more than they did. We had NO HOT WATER in the shower. Our room did not get cleaned nor did we get clean towels even though we did not have a do not disturb sign on our door and we left our dirty towels on the floor indicating we wanted clean towels. We will not stay here again.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Quiet and large rooms. Centrally located in the downtown historic area. Easy parking.
Cons: Should be a way to differentiate when booking for indoor or outdoor pool. Specifically booked a hotel with a pool only to find out they only had an outdoor and it was closed for winter

Cons: No lunch service restaurant

7,9 Good
Pros: Location of the property was convenient to the major thoroughfares in the area (501, 29, 460) and easy to find off the exit (at least with some Google maps pre-planning). Several fast-food restaurants (some you could easily walk down to), pharmacies and a mall with a movie theatre within minutes of the place. The room was tidy and cool upon my arrival (got to love the hot and humid Virginia summers). Bed was clean and comfortable to sleep on. Wi-fi was easy to find and connect up to (no issues staying connected for me). I didn't remember the booking information mentioning the room having a microwave and refrigerator (maybe it's not in all rooms?), but that was a pleasant surprise. And of course, having the breakfast included was a definite plus. Nothing overly fancy but certainly enough to satisfy the standard traveler (eggs, biscuits, sausage, gravy, Belgian waffle maker, basic breakfast pastries, cereal, juice, coffee, fruit) and give folks energy to start the day.
Cons: Not really a big issue but... are tall beds what is popular these days? I remember having stayed in a B&B before and that tall beds were big in those kind of establishments. The height of the bed (I was in a room with a queen bed) could be kind of inconvenient for those who are a bit shorter in stature or just not able to maneuver themselves easily. Though the room itself had enough actual space to accommodate me as a solo traveler, I still had the feeling of being cramped. Most of the TV stations worked fine, but when it came to HBO (and the other major movie channel that for the life of me I can't recall), the signal was super spotty and made those channels pretty much unwatchable.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent, communicative and service oriented.
Cons: The only thing that could have been improved was that on the first day my bathroom did not get serviced by housekeeping. But the rest of the days they cleaned up the bathroom at the same time that they cleaned up the main room.
4,0 Okay

Pros: The first thing I noticed was that when I entered the room and turned on the lights, the room was actually bright!!! The last couple of hotels I have stayed at had only two lightbulbs per room and at a very low wattage....like there was something to hide
Cons: No. I was very satisfied with everything.

5,5 Okay
Pros: The staff were all very lovely people and tried to make our stay comfortable.
Cons: Due to a "cleanliness" issue, we had to switch rooms.
7,3 Good
Pros: Clean, newer bathrooms, staff was very, very friendly!
Cons: bed wasn't very comfortable
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very laid back place, staff was great!!
Cons: Tons of people coming in off the streets to use the pool and than would leave. It over crowded the pool and took away from the ones paying to stay there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean room. Friendly staff.
Cons: Half of the motel was under construction. The "breakfast room" was also closed and/or under construction so the front desk/lobby was used for this serving cereal and donettes(I was in after 7am, so the selection might have been better at 6).
6,7 Good
Pros: It was easy to locate and just right for our visit location wise.
Cons: Bathroom smelled musky and had asked for extra towels for the second day which did NOT happen. Also need more that one person at the check in desk, every time that I was in the office there was a line and it took 15 to be waited on.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and inexpensive place to stay dropping off our son at College. Good home base for exploring the area. Biscuit and gravy and breakfast sandwiches good breakfast. Cannot say enough about front office staff and cleaning staff. So frIendly. The pool was great for cooling off on 90 degree days.
7,5 Good
Pros: For the money it was a great deal. Hotel was clean and staff very cordial. Room was clean but had an ammonia/or cleaning fluid odor. Beds could be more comfortable, but I was completely satisfied for the cost.
Cons: Cleaning fluid smell in room and beds were hard and stiff !
9,1 Excellent
Pros: I loved how cozy and clean it was! It was IMMACUATELY clean and for a two star, that's unheard of.
Cons: Not a thing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very clean, I was pleased with the affordability and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was good and the staff kept everything well stocked. Was very pleasant and helpful. My daughter attends Liberty University, so I;m sure I will be staying here in the future.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location to LU
Cons: Musty no hair dryer in room no coffee in room lacked freshness front desk - unprofessional, could at least smile:) and provide a greeting.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect for Liberty University. Price was GREAT!!
Cons: Bed was a little hard. Walls were a little thin. Had a dog on our hall barking at times during the night. The dog was not really the hotel's fault but still annoying.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location was perfect, but next time I will choose a place a little farther. I did think the staff was exceptional but it didn't make up for the misleading advertising. All 3 of our rooms had issues with the fact that the bed was NOT a queen size.
Cons: I brought a measuring tape. The bed was NOT a queen. It was a 57" 1 inch larger than a full. NOT A QUEEN. The room had a strong chemical smell when we walked in and our shoes literally stuck to the floor as we walked kicking up a stronger chemical smell. I doubt it was healthy but the lack of sleep because of the misleading advertising was the worst. The staff was lovely, but we had to wait at the front desk a number of times because they were busy doing something else.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The location is practically on the Liberty University campus. Just across the street.
Cons: It is not as clean as I would expect. Shower curtain was dingy, the carpet felt sticky all over (I kept my shoes on). The room had a musty humid smell. I would guess the air-conditioning filter needed changing. Hallways smelled of cigarettes.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is easily accessible from US 29 and pet-friendly.
Cons: This facility was bare bones. Room had a kitchen but no dishes, silverware or cups. Our room was moderately clean but had a very strong chemical smell, presumably from some type of cleaner. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, and breakfast bars.
7,1 Good
Cons: Carpet didn't smell fresh. Maybe needed steam cleaning
6,7 Good
Cons: Carpet in the room was dirty and should of been steamed cleaned. Floors were not swept...
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, easy to access, good price and very kind staff.
Cons: There were no USB plugs in rooms. Luckily we had wall charger units with us, but the wall outlets were sparse and inconveniently located. No ice machine. The studios had empty ice trays in the freezer but you had to wait for the ice to freeze if you even realized you needed to make it yourself. The staff's explanation was perfectly valid and while he did help me locate some ice they really should invest in an ice machine for their guests' comfort. Staff was very kind. Only other objections were minor- no shampoo/conditioner in rooms (that may be normal for a studio type room, though. It was my first experience in one.) Plus the breakfast provided was barely continental so they should at least post it as "continental breakfast provided". Had I know I could have made provisions otherwise before checking in late at night and going straight to bed. Lastly, there was nothing that resembled a soap dish on the bathroom counter of our room so after I washed my hands in the morning I had to leave the wet bar of soap laying on the countertop. When I came back at night it was dried to the counter so rigidly I couldn't use it and had to use the bar from the tub! Minor details typically amuse me personally but I know they may be a big deal for others. For things so low-cost to remedy it seems it would be worth the investment.
6,3 Good
Pros: First the positives. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was super comfortable.
Cons: But... the bathroom floor was dirty and the room was dusty. I could smell the cooking from the long term resident in the room next to me. It was overpowering and unpleasant. I used a full can of air freshener in my 2 day stay. When I arrived there the small lobby had a pallet with 4 large boxes. If was still there 3 days later. The were full trash bags in the lobby for 2 days. All dishes, utensils and appliances are kept in the lobby. You have you ask for them... the dishes I got were still dirty.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location was very good.
Cons: The facilities were old, dated, and the rooms were small & musty.
6,0 Good
Pros: location.
Cons: Way over priced for the room. You had to go to the front desk everytime you needed something, like a fork. Phone in room barely worked and had the wrong room number on it.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The value and location were good.
Cons: The main entrance is not appealing, cigarette butts outside the front door. Smell of smoke as you enter. The beds were fair but the sheets were old, no elasticity, cigarette burns in the blanket, stains on the bedspread and hair, ugh! We had to stay due to no availability elsewhere. Will not stay again!

3,8 Mediocre
Cons: Door didn’t lock properly, room was dirty, pillow had lipstick stains on it, wall fixtures were pulling out from the wall.
6,7 Good
Pros: It was a budget motel but staff were very helpful and attentive to make our stay comfortable. Room was basic but it was all we needed. The pool, although dated was massive and beautiful to cool off in.
Cons: Suggestion: They could loose some of the dated furniture/ lamps to give the room a bigger feel. No one unpacks their bag into a tall boy. A privacy blind would be good in the windows so you could still let light in but not be fully exposed.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice when I first got there. Cleaning staff was very nice throughout stay.
Cons: Our card keys weren’t working when we first arrived and it took three tries for them to finally get it working. Then the next am I made coffee waited an hour and noticed after one use it stopped working; it said wait 3 minutes, I waited an hour, still wasn’t working. One nice gentleman was by my room picking up towels and I alerted him of it and he replaced it right away. Then the microwave kept overheating and then the phone wouldn’t work all the time. I called the front desk and waited but after a while no one came. I needed to get errands done so I went to alert the staff regarding the issue; both the male and female worker knew but hadn’t done anything. He then said he’d go and check the phone but I had wasted enough time and waited to long in my room and then in line inside and needed to get out and complete some tasks so I told him I’d come back later. Honestly I felt they really didn’t see it as an high importance and I was annoyed thinking maybe something electrical was happening but he shrugged any electrical issues aside and I just wanted to complete my night and leave. Which I did promptly the next am. Also, I didn’t like one of the employees taking bread out with her bare hands clearly without washing them and placing it down for guests. The orange juice tasted sour and the apple juice watered down. I don’t know if perhaps people were new or they were overworked but it was not satisfactory and honestly I’d love to have been reimbursed. I would have been completely satisfied feeling as if I was valued and not brushed aside but it’s over now.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff was terrific. The owner came and immediately took care of a non-working TV and internet issues. Adequate parking and the availability of at the door parking.
Cons: This was not a fault of the property. I made a mistake and booked a smoking room. Unless you smoke or cannot smell, the odor in the room was overpowering. My partner (a former smoker) was sick of the odor in everything. As said, this was not a fault of management and efforts were tried to move us.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The pool and price
Cons: Staff were rude, room smelled musty and small
1,0 Poor
Pros: The cheep price didn't overcome the poor condition of the facility.
Cons: The carpet was moldy. My asthmatic almost needed to leave. She was ill from the stay the following day. Spiders in the bathroom. We didn't get the bed size we reserved. Long wait to check in. We won't be returning.

Cons: First room 213 was not made up, bad card reader. Second room 306 smelled like a poker party with chain smokers, I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Third room 224, two out of the three lamps have no shades, there are no cups for the coffee maker, bathroom door broken cannot close properly. All exterior doors propped open creating a security issue. Icemaker leaking all over the floor and is a safety hazard. Huge piece of plaster missing from ceiling over the bend. Only stale biscuits, cold gravy and cereal for breakfast. Bare wires in the ceiling of breakfast room. Doors falling off.

Pros: Staff was very friendly we went during a concert weekend and they still managed to get us in our room early so we could make the concert on time . Awesome staff
Cons: Waffle maker was broke but that's just an eh thing it happens
4,2 Okay
Pros: The location was good. It was located right next door to a Macados. It was also easy to find with the directions from the website. I was able to park outside my window.
Cons: My first room was not secured and looked like someone had already been in it. It also smelled like cigarette smoke and the bed was not set for a new guest. My second room also smelled of cigarettes, there were used condoms in the trash and I felt the need to sleep on towels because of the late hour of my arrival and the holiday weekend; all other hotels were booked! There were no cups available for my room and I had to go downstairs to get some. Breakfast? The trash was full at 6:45a and there was no one to attend the station. There on no on to refill when food ran out; all I had was coffee. The price of my stay was not worth $96.02 when I had to do so much to get a good night's rest and did not get it.

Pros: We were able to walk to the Liberty football stadium, as it was right next to it. Saved a lot of money in parking and time waiting to get in and out. Everything was very clean, we were taken care of immediately by both the front desk and cleaning staff.
Cons: Nothing. We had 5 people, the room was huge so we were able to fit in an air mattress with plenty of room to walk around. They gave us extra towels, blankets and pillows.

Pros: n/a
Cons: We were unable to go because I am a pastor and had a situation arise in the congregation. BUT I knew it was non-refundable. :-( I chose it because it accepted pets.
