Cons (-) -mattresses are terrible; staff rude and unavailable. Front lobby was a disaster; food area unclean; piles of chairs in the parking lot. 15 couches in the hallway. Renovation workers from Mexico in my room. Floors dirty; paint on furniture.

Pros (+) Excellent location - proximity to Liberty University. Lowest price I could find for large chain hotel.
Cons (-) Head manager & front desk personnel was the rudest most arrogant & unpleasant woman I have ever met! We spent four days and her disposition went from bad to worse. You should seriously investigate and replace her immediately. Our room had a broken inoperable safe for security of high dollar belongings. The refrigerator was stuck on high ( control knob broken off and missing) so that anything place...
