Most of the staff were excellent and very helpful. There were of course one or two that were not pleasant to deal with. Juan at Reception was exceptional. The Hydro Spa was just great. The food was also very good.
We did have a bit of issue when checking in and getting a room that was not what we requested. They did however make it right, but we had been travelling for over 26 hours and this was a little bump that due to our tiredness was a huge inconvenience. We did have a couple people at reception and in the bar area that did not seem to want to help us. Left the bar 3 times due to no service. Other servers were really great though. Also Cleaning staff were hit and miss. Seemed every time they cleaned, something wasn't replaced. Had to call for a few things.
