Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, friendly and professional staff, and the pleasant rooftop pool area. Many also highlight the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, several guests report issues with noise, particularly from construction or poor soundproofing, which affected their rest. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, though noise disturbances and occasional service lapses are noted.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) After a couple weeks of hostels, was nice to have a comfy bed to sleep in. Place was clean, and well taken care of. No issues with staying here, I would recommend it if you want to stay in the city for a couple of days. City Tour bus stops a block away, made it really easy to see the interesting tourist sites in Santa Cruz.
Cons (-) There was no parking on site like I had read when booking. Had to drive around a while to find somewhere to leave the car for a few days. The showers work quite well, however, the design makes it so that water goes everywhere, essentially turning the bathroom floor into an ice rink. A door, or even a curtain would help.
