Great place, comfortable clean room and very friendly staff. The highlight is the rooftop with great views and a nice little swimming pool. All this for a fair price

Inefficient staff / management. Payement process. No tea / coffee machine or drinks / small food in the rooms. Chair in the shower broken. Not a 4 stars level, sorry.

Stayed here for 10 days in December, over Christmas. Rooms very clean and comfy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great facilities - roof pool a bit chilly, but it was December! Water OK once you were in. Fantastic location - García Sanabria Park is right across the road and beautiful to walk through, day or night. The area around the hotel seemed very safe to us. The location is fantastic and the local area is abundant with restaurants, cafes and hotel bars.
One tiny minus point was the hotel breakfast. We had breakfast in the hotel on one day and although it was OK, it was a little pricey for the selection and quality (12 euro per person). There is a fantastic terrace cafe at the foot of the park (2 mins walk from the hotel) that we had breakfast in each day, that I would suggest as an alternative.
