A very quite hotel in a excellent location. The bedroom was very spacious overlooking a garden with a large swimming pool. We will certainly choose this hotel again. The staff are very friendly.
We did not find anything to dislike. The only thing we could recommend is some new loungers as the old ones are uncomfortable.

A calm oasis in (pretty) central Santa Cruz in a lovely neighbourhood - only 2 minutes from the wonderful Gabriel Sanabria park. Great pool in tropical garden setting. Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, small scale hotel so very personable.
Paid car parking at hotel expensive daily rate. Parking possible in local streets but can take quite a time to find a space.

The room was amazing. They gave us a suite because there was no room like the one we booked with a double bed. It was an espectacular detail as well as the kettle, tea, coffee in the room Breakfast was delicious and really varied, eventhough the space was not too big
The only thing I would change is that it's a pity that not all recepcionists are as kind as they should be

Very well located, and very attentive staff at the reception. Very quiet rooms.
The breakfast was correct but nothing special, quite a small buffet so it got crowded very fast and you had to wait to get to each part of the buffet. Not a lot of choice but decent. The beds were quite hard.
