Staff were great
Just felt the bed was to hard for me and it was very noisy with traffic and you could here people showering ect next door.. perhaps it would be better to put people that aren't working at the end of a corridor

We paid way more than other people and we got the worse room, we told them and they said that because we used the room they can't change it... We just arrived... Fridge was broken, as well... The balcony was little.. So nothing like in the pictures. You can her Everything from other rooms... My friend was next room and we hear her sniffin and same with other rooms
