Some of the reception staff were very nice and polite and so were the cleaners
The unspecified rules were a little odd and not made known and the room itself wasn't exactly close to something you'd want to talk about, there wasn't even a small safe or lock box to store anything safely. There was however a fridge which was handy. You could also here pretty much anything through the walls and ceiling.

The location is right in the centre of Santa Cruz. 50 metres from the main shopping street. There are loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The tramway is about 150 metres and there are bus stops even closer, A great location if you are meeting a cruise ship and fancy a couple nights in Tenerife. c
The picture above is not the Pelinor. The Pelinor has a zig-sag frontage, not a flat one shown in the picture. The rooms are not double glazed and there is a lot of noise throughout the night.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city and I had a nice view from my room.
The bathroom floor and tub could've been cleaner.
