Pros (+) The amazing view and comfy king size bed!
Cons (-) Better communication between staff. Went down to the pool and had a bunch of people from the balconies yelling at me to get out because a kid had pooped in it earlier. There wasn’t anything saying the pool was closed. I called the front desk and the woman didn’t say a thing. Pretty embarrassing to get in the pool and get right out.

Cons (-) Hair in the bathroom, very dated, hallway carpet smells, iron baby crib. Could have spent the money in a better place elsewhere, I was expecting something better for this price.

Pros (+) The customer service is superior, the location is ideal. The room looked nice just a couple minor areas things needed to be addressed. TV did not work and the cleaning crew needed to revisit our room. They addressed my concerns immediately!!

Pros (+) The staff was really helpful and kind. The view is gorgeous and it's close to everything. The room was clean and upgraded.
Cons (-) There was still some renovations going on an it was very confusing when trying to find our way around the facility.

Pros (+) I like the location and the service.
Cons (-) This hotel at $600/night is wildly overpriced. It should be $250-300 at most. I didn't even get free parking (had to pay $25/day) even though I was completely ripped off. Unfortunately I had no other viable options.

Pros (+) Great hotel for the entire family! Walking distance to the wharf and boardwalk. The views of the ocean from each hotel room are fantastic. We will do it again!
