Cons (-) The only plus is the hotel is a 10 min walk from the Boardwalk. However it is clearly a 2 star hotel... Even that is over doinging it

Pros (+) Location, the hotel was within walking distance to the beach.
Cons (-) Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. While reserving this hotel parking was supposedly included, I had to pay a parking fee upon arrival. When I arrived there was sand on the chairs and on my bed. The bathroom smelled and did not look clean. There was only one towel available, I had to ask for more. I ended getting a few hand towels, instead of bath towels.

Pros (+) The facility is well cared for - newly painted, clean with attention to small details like the lighting in the courtyard. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Our room was a little odd - a huge closet that was an obvious retrofit because the door was held closed by a lock on the outside to keep it from hitting the front door (someone could be locked inside the closet...) Pros (+) Not one thing the room had part of it remodel and the other tours the bathroom was old the shower old and dirty.
Cons (-) I did not like the room and the bathroom what was Mo's it important it wasn't clean .

Pros (+) location was great.pool was nice.
Cons (-) toilet ran the whole time.lights didn't work.towels were old and dingy.room needed some fresh paint and baseboards were missing.

Pros (+) The room and bathroom was large and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The pool was open until 10 p.m. Walking distance to the boardwalk.
Cons (-) Towels were dirty. Wouldn't clean our room. Had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. No a/c in our room. The FREE WIFI never worked in our room. Said they would check it and never did. Some staff members were not friendly. The breakfast could use some pastries. Not everyone likes waffles.
