Pros: Everything about this property was exceptional. The staff were fantastic, the restaurant and food were incredible and the room we had was beautiful. The attention to detail at this property was fantastic. We will stay here again after we try their other 2 properties.
Cons: I honestly don't know what they could have done better. Everything was great. Maybe more parking would help. We did find a few hotel assigned spaces at the back and there is a back door so that helped.

Pros: The Historic Plaza hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The location is great too. We upgraded when we got there and we stayed at the Honeymoon suite instead of a regular room. Must stay!
Cons: I think that the regular rooms are a bit overpriced for their amenities. There is no refrigerator, not a good view or anything special. If you stay you should go for the suites with the town view for sure.

Pros: Soup was available whdn we checked in. Staff was openly friendly, lobby is welcoming and comfortable, room comfortable with everything clean andworking. Hot breakfast in morning. Comfortable dining rooms away from lobby.
Cons: Mattress could be firmer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We referred three (3)of the employees there to management for superior courtesy and service. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the meals were delicious. We would give a superior rating to anyone for this Super 8.
Cons: NO
8,0 Excellent
Cons: This hotel has the basics, and they make an effort to do them as well as they can. Where they really shine is with their graciousness and customer service- even putting out a pot of the host’s family recipe green chile soup. It’s a few frills place, but defintely good value.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and everything was clean and smell so good! Price was right and should be more stars as far as I am concerned.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very cozy and quaint little place to stay in Las Vegas New Mexico.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very courteous
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff!
Cons: No security lock on the back door.
7,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great and the employees made you feel welcome.
Cons: I felt the rating for this property did not reflect the level compared to others in the same grouping. Should have been given a lower rating. It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. In the king room the chairs desperately needed to be replaced and too much was squeezed into a small space.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that they had lights and outlets by the bed.
Cons: Bed was a little too soft for my taste.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Hotel is fairly clean and well taken care of. just watch your credit card statements as they charged me twice.
Cons: Watch your credit card statements closely, they charged me twice. will never stay at this location again. upon checking in the front desk clerk spoke very softly and was difficult to understand
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The young man manning the desk in the morning helped me sweep the snow off my car (it had snowed about 8 inches overnight). I'm handicapped and this kind of made up for the lack of elevator. I forgot to tip him and feel terrible about it.
Cons: No elevator.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Very friendly and clean. One of the best and friendly Super 8 I've stayed at
Cons: no

Cons: dirty room with pet hair caked all over room n floor
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were friendly and the rooms were good.
Cons: So in the morning as we started to wake up, we smelt something a little “funny”. As we were getting dressed it became more clear what it was, which was marajuana and it was pretty heavy at the cross over door area. I went to the door and smelt it a little closer and you could definitely tell the next room over (room 304) was smoking weed pretty heavily as it was really starting to seep into our room. My wife and I had to rush getting my 2 year old and 4 month old ready so we could get out of there!! As I checked out I told 2 staff members what was going on and they didn’t seem surprised or really concerned at all, didn’t apologise for the inconvenience and said “they’d look into it”. We sat down and had breakfast and they stayed at the counter the entire time. my guess is they didn’t do anything about it. Pretty gross if that’s acceptable/regular behavior to allow in the same place as families with children...

Pros: Breakfast good. Nice selection. The attendant was keeping everything clean, neat and stocked. Plenty of coffee.
Cons: I was surprised that a refrigerator or microwave is $10'extra. My spouse has medication that needs to be cool and I hadn't even thought I needed to request a frig. It was cool enough in the car that I was able to leave it there. It feels like an airline surcharge!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, but not fancy. The two star rating is appropriate as it isn't the Four Seasons but it does serve its purpose -- that being a clean, friendly hotel in an easily accessible location.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Hotel was located with easy access to the freeway and was very quiet.
Cons: The door at the back of the hotel is open 24 hours, which made us feel a bit unsafe. It should be locked with key access only. The plastic bathtub enclosure made terrible noise with each step in the shower, and the tub stopper did not work, so a bath was out of the question.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Not very clean hallways

Pros: The room was spacious and the room location was perfect for.our handicapped traveler. The room and parking location was perfect. The rooms were clean and very quiet property....that is always important!!!
Cons: The room was spacious but the beds were too broken in and lumpy. The tv was unplugged and the remote had dead batteries. There was also a spider hanging from our showerhead. The "continental" breakfast wasnt even that...some juice, stale muffins, and stale cereal...leaves very little to stomach fullfilment.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The lady at the front desk was super nice. Even when we didn't realise that there was a time zone difference and pitched up way too early for breakfast and asked where the pancakes were. The location is good. 10 minute drive to the hot springs, about the same to the Sorrie Lake ($5 entrance). We walked to dinner (downtown) in about 20 minutes. Small charming motel. Breakfast good (warm self made pancakes served).

Cons: Parking was tight and the neighborhood was rough
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and the room location was perfect for.our handicapped traveler.
Cons: Nothing really, especially for the price.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: This place is a dump and the neighborhood is in total disrepair.
Cons: Too sad to waste any more details on it......so I'll just move on.
