Pros: The room was outstanding. The TV didn't work and they quickly tried to fix it and when they couldn't, they quickly got a room cleaned the next morning to switch me. The breakfast was great. Great experience.
Cons: It would have been nice if the TV worked, but as soon as they found out about it, they quickly worked to get it fixed and changed my room. That's all you can ask.

Pros: For a cheap price it was one of the nicer I have stayed in for the same price.

Pros: It was what we needed, close to the Metro, for transit to the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. They provided breakfast, which is a nice timesaver. Very nice selection of toiletries and a fridge to use, in the room. Hot tub had a nice view of the mountains.
Cons: The pool was not heated and about as cold as they come-- must be for hot summer use, only. The mattress springs were noisy on one of the beds, and it was starting to lose its support. There was a mixup on breakfast times, with us being told wrong.

Pros: The hotel was a good deal, considering it's location in the heart of a fast-paced, upper crust city. The hotel is directly across the street from Pasadena City College; 15 min. walk from Cal Tech; and a little less than a mile from Fair Oaks Blvd.
Cons: The air conditioner had trouble cooling the room - thermostat wasn't working correctly. I left the AC on during the day, and that mostly solved the problem.

1,0 Poor
Cons: There are many things about this hotel that I did not like. For starters, the shower curtain had actual blood stains on it, the bathroom bath tub had stains, the walls in the room had white spots that look like they were molding or if someone had thrown some sort of liquid on it, there was human hair in the bathtub and in other areas of the room. The cleanliness of the room was overall disgusting. When you first walk in, it looks fine but once you look a bit closer, you notice that they don’t deep clean or even clean right after every person who was occupying the room, left. It seems like they just change the towels and refold the bed sheets. I was honestly afraid to even use the hand or bath towels. I paid for 2 nights but I left earlier because I was honestly concerned with the cleanliness of the room and whether I’d contract something because of how dirty it was.

Pros: The bed was really comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast? Hardly. A nutrigrain bar or a nature valley? The shower was dirty and hard water made showering unpleasant. There was hair in our bed at arrival. No blankets. The floor was trashed with burn marks. Drippy substances on the wall. Stained couch.

Pros: The experience was not a graceful one we were outside of the hotel which is a small compact area the rooms though they were semi-clean they were the tub was quite dangerous because it had no traction to support your feet for not sliding out of it hurting
Cons: Accommodations breakfast it's not much I did like about the room the bed was uncomfortable the food was insufficient customer service was fair.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable which was super important to me as a traveler. The room was clean. It was a great value.
Cons: I can't think of anything. It met my needs as far as we were traveling and we needed a clean, warm, nice place to stay that was inexpensive and easy on/off the freeway. It met every expectation I had.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and in a good area
Cons: I asked for two queen beds instead of the king bed that I had reserved. It was a $100 more which is ridiculous.

Pros: Good location close to the freeway.
Cons: The staff was rarely ever at the front desk, making me wait at least 10+ minutes before anyone came through. Similarly difficult to get anyone on the phone. Maybe understaffed? But it shouldn't be that hard to keep someone near the front desk!

9,0 Excellent
Pros: It had all the basics needed by the traveller, including an iron and ironing board and a continental breakfast. Its position was excellent.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: I chose this motel for a quick overnight because it was just off of the freeway but it turned out the neighborhood on the old Route 66 was questionable. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: This motel needs a serious update and some extreme cleaning. All of the windows were covered with reflective window film. I was told it was to keep the sun out but it looked creepy and made the room extra dark. The carpet was worn and dirty, the bathroom tile cracked and unclean, the curtains horribly wrinkled, the furniture dusty and both the small refrigerator and microwave were filthy. If I could have gotten my money refunded, I would not have stayed. The old adage , “you get what you pay for” does not really apply in a lodging situation. I can deal with old and outdated but I expect clean and well kept no matter how little I’m paying! And no, I will not return and do not recommend.

Pros: Hot water Small microwave And fridge Easy reservation. Tv worked but not remote.
Cons: Room NOT refurbished as Dvertised. Windows in back broken and unsafe as anyone could open from outside. One window held closed with a close hanger wire and not very well. Walls dirty. Front door had very poor seal making cold air from outside easy to blow into room making it necessary to use the heater inside the room. Problem there is that the must not ever clean the filters because even though it is a non smoking facility, the heater put out smoke smell into the room so much so that you get sick feeling. Bed lopsided on one side. Parking is strange in that you can drive in but awkward to get out as no exit so must maneuver back the way you came in. It is a low cost room and expect to get what you pay for, NOT what the falsely advertise as newly referbished rooms.
