Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, stained linens, and poorly maintained facilities. Bed comfort is also a recurring issue, with several guests describing the mattresses as old, unsupportive, or uncomfortable. Noise disturbances, both from inside and outside the hotel, negatively impacted sleep for some visitors. Parking is frequently described as inadequate, cramped, or unsafe, and several guests encountered problems with service, including unhelpful staff and issues with deposits. While there are a few positive comments about location and room size, the overall sentiment is largely negative due to these recurring problems.
