The location is great, caught cable car to Wharf and then to Golden Gate Theater. Views are amazing, everything is super close.
The building is older and outside noises and wind noise was really disturbing.
Loved the history, size of the hotel, and location
Felt a little dated. Teeny, tiny bathroom. You have to straddle the toilet to open and close the bathroom door.
Great view and perfect location! Valet was easy and everyone was kind!
The staff were very nice and helpful
Parking not part of hotel cost, additional charges for ? Unknown items?
The old 1920s charm.
The bed was old and uncomfortable. The air didnt get cold and the windows would barely open. Also I was a nightmare walking up the hill to the hotel.
