Perfect hotel for value conscious tourist: safe , central, clean location, excellent and very helpful staff. Rooms are very basic but clean . The hotel is in walking distance to public transportation, major attractions, restaurants etc.

Pros (+) Check in and check out were easy. The hotel was super close to a lot of things so it’s great if you want something convenient and close to things. The bathrooms seem to have been recently redone so the fixtures in there were pretty good.
Cons (-) The rooms are really small and the entire building is definitely older than the lobby makes it appear. The walls are quite thin so with my room next to the elevator I could hear a lot of people come and go at all hours, plus my neighbor was blaring music so ear plugs became a necessity.

Pros (+) Location was good. Chinatown is nice. Staff is amazing. Very very nice people.
Cons (-) Hard bed. Wi-Fi didn't work. No A/C. Small small small room. Small bathroom. Small elevator.
