Pros (+) The room was very quaint and not super big, BUT was just what we needed! The bathroom was super super clean which is silly, but most places you go it's always just "okay". LOVED the hand painted ceilings and the feel of the place. Felt like we were in a different world:) Definitely a French feel to the place. Pros (+) We loved the location, it Was walking distance from Chinatown, the mall, Museum of Ice Cream and so many great places to eat. The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel is beautiful, very old designed just like you would imagine a French hotel in 1910 should be. It’s perfect. The bed was comfortable, the restaurant was incredible, the food was delicious. Cons (-) The only bad thing about thing hotel being so old is that they don’t have air conditioning but it gets cold in San Francisco at night and the hotel provides fans so it’s just as comfortable regardless.

Pros (+) The service was spot on as well as the entire decor of the place. Very beautiful and clean. The room was quaint and delightful. I enjoyed the bathtub very much.
