Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's proximity to the airport, making it ideal for layovers or early flights. The shuttle service was frequently described as reliable and convenient. Cleanliness of rooms and common areas received high marks, and many found the beds comfortable and rooms spacious. Pros (+) Sam, the manager was wonderfully accommodating. Access to freeways and the city was excellent. One surprising benefit, refilling the rental car with gas was a breeze with gas stations right up the street. Maid service was also excellent.
Cons (-) Didn't partake of the breakfast - not particularly desirable, but fine for a family with youngsters.
Pros (+) The room was clean and recently remodeled.
Cons (-) The front desk employee when we checked in was surprisingly unfriendly.
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Everything else. Worst hotel ever. Stains all over bedding and towels and very dirty room.
Pros (+) We really liked our stay and the room was nice we where there more just to sleep we have family in Pacifica so was visiting family
Cons (-) We got there and it was late and the windows where left open so the room was really cold and that is kinda scary. We where wanting a hotel with a continental breakfast that include eggs and sausage but the make your own waffles where good
Pros (+) Close to airport and rental car return
