Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access downtown attractions and the Riverwalk. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was generally appreciated, with several guests mentioning it as a highlight of their stay. However, many guests were frustrated by persistent elevator issues, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors. Parking was another common concern, with complaints about high costs and limited options. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, elevator reliability and parking detracted from the experience.

Pros (+) near riverwalk, restaurants and Alamo. room was clean and comfortable. free breakfast was good. Boiled and cooked eggs (over hard), oatmeal, fruit, waffles, sausage or ham, cereal, bagels, bread, milk...
Cons (-) fire alarm accidentally set off in the morning. Was just out ot the shower, not fun. Parking is way too expensive for guests. $29/day is excessive when there is a garage a block away that charges $10/...
