Convenient to Mayo
Rooms are out dated especially the bathroom.
The breakfast was great had a large variety, The room was great. It had a pull out couch which was ideal for us being a grandmother and grandson. When i go back to Rochester i will definitely be staying here.
There was not anything we did not like.
Our room smelled of pee. There were stains on the carpet. The mattress was lumpy and itchy. My spouse had an allergic reaction from a pillow or sheet and had to take Benadryl to relieve the symptom. Our door looked as if it was a forced entry, didn't close good and was hard to latch, Our non-smoking room's bed also had a fire/smoke odor.
The evening desk gal very nice
The day gal a little rude and the breakfast lady was spraying very stinky stuff while we were eating that didn’t set well The complimentary breakfast was no more than rolls and cereal no eggs, breakfast meats just junk food For a handicap room toilet was so close to the floor room was only half remodeled and carpet was so stained for looking fairly new Was disappointed with the price for no more than we got Working right above our room they were so loud and reminded we had to be out by noon or be charged more. When people go to the clinic it’s usually not a day in the park it’s because they are sick (cancer, kidney ailments, surgeries) usually that we cannot afford but try to look forward for it is what it is and our lives go on to good or bad. It would have been nice for a little compassion.
Room was perfect. Good breakfast choices. Staff was great!
