Pros: An amazing place for a child's birthday party
Cons: It seems they were short-staffed and while we were there we had an interaction with the police we walked out of room to see police every where in the hotel , do to other guests at the hotel kind of was a little scary but everything was taken care of in a pretty well mannered
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was good. They also had a pack and play for us to use! I liked we could cook our own meals in the kitchen in the room.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice Room
Cons: No social dinner
7,5 Good
Pros: Water park was nice. My 2 year old loves it.
Cons: Room and wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't terrible. Stayed here because of the water park and shuttle for Hospital. There was some confusion in the pick up schedule. I should have asked more questions I guess because the paper schedule was a little confusing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great accommodations....I stayed three months in a similar set up and this hotel was far above that one....in fact, there was no comparison! Clean, staff fantastic.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: We booked the room because of the pools.
Cons: Didn’t know you allowed large dogs. The room next to me had three large dogs that that barked constantly. Every time they went out to smoke the dogs barked and woke us up. There was also a crack in the door that let the hallway light shine in the room all night. Poorly constructed. Then cars parked outside the window where we slept and smoked cigarettes and listened to music all morning hours. We did not get any sleep. Then when we checked out she didn’t ask how was our stay. I would have said terrible.
7,5 Good
Pros: My husband was very pleased.
Cons: Had trouble connecting to wired internet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was one of the greatest experiences my family and I have had. The staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their faces which made it that much better. Very very clean! We will definitely be coming back and I will definitely recommend this place for anyone with pets and or children!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For many years, we have been staying here once a month to attend a board meeting in Rochester. Cindy, Lynne, are terrific as are all the staff - kitchen, housekeeping, cleaning... are are always friendly, polite, accommodating, and professional. Beds are very comfortable and rooms very clean. On rare occasions, we can hear footfalls from the floor above us; it seems to be from small kids running around and doesn’t last long. We never hear the footsteps of people simply walking.
Cons: Minor thing - There is no hand soap in the kitchen, though there is a small bottle of dish soap. If, like me (foodborne disease epidemiologist), you wash your hands frequently when preparing food, it’s a little inconvenient. On the other hand, it’s a ridiculously easy fix just to ask for an extra bar of soap or use one of the two bars provided for bath and shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was a great size super comfy, hotel lobby felt very welcoming, the breakfast buffet had a huge variety, barely heard the neighbors, very clean room
Cons: The elevator was pretty delayed when we tried to use it. We took stairs instead a couple times.
7,0 Good
Pros: It was clean
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was wonderful, the girl working the front desk was wonderful. We needed some additional items and she was very pleasantb and kind. The facility was clean and comfortable. Excatly what we needed!

Pros: I did not like any thing about this place. I will never repeat this experience again at this hotel in any city. The manger was very rude, attitude behaviors he and his staff were unfriendly. I defiantly will not recommended to any one.
Cons: Everything was bad especially the manger and his staff very rude. I had traveled a lot around the world I stayed in so many hotels this experience was the worst in my life. 8,3 Excellent
Pros: This place was good, but I think I could find better value elsewhere.

Pros: Friendly service great location if have family members in hospital
Cons: Seem to be out of coffee during the day. Also cleaning up the breakfast before the end time. Parking lot is small.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The room was exactly what I needed for my time there. Having a full kitchen (minus an oven) was a blessing that saved me from 3 days of eating fast food. The only thing missing was a strainer for cooking pasta, but I made the steamer part of the pot set work for that task.
Cons: The bottom 2 drawers of the dresser were wedged closed, so I wasn't able to use them. The parking garage was difficult to maneuver in, even with a small/mid sized car so do NOT try and park a truck or van in there.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, clean suite. Nicely designed.
Cons: Apparently there was a 3 year old in suite above us, he ran around for literally 4 hours. Thunk thunk thunk.....called front desk, they called the room and it finally stopped.

Pros: The room was spacious and pleasing, the location of the hotel was nice, and the private indoor parking they had for guests.
Cons: In our room the air conditioning was very loud when it ran, very little sleep we got because of the noise. In the pool area when using the hot tub there wasn't a sign showing how to turn on the hot tub. The button was below another one that was the emergency stop. The chlorine was strong that it hurt our eyes.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome, honest people! My daughter left behind her very costly wireless headphones in our room. They could have been kept as an added bonus for cleaning the room, but housekeeping found them, turned them into the desk, and they were returned! Thank you!
7,0 Good
Pros: The room was perfect for a family of 5. Both beds were comfortable, the black out curtains worked well and the room temperature control was the best I've ever experienced. It was convenient to have a full sized fridge and kitchenette in the room. Sound control was ok, I could hear kids running in the hallways but no one was loud past 10pm. Great selection of foods for continental breakfast included, eggs, fruit, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, a breakfast meat, and a variety of drinks. Housekeeping staff were helpful and kind.
Cons: Something in our fridge was leaking inside and causing condensation to accumulate on the glass drawers at the bottom. The pull out sofa bed was horrible and was equivalent to sleeping on the floor. The pool area had a horrible chlorine odor. The fumes were so bad that just being in the area and not using the pool or hot tub made my eyes and skin burn. I could only tolerate up to 40 minutes at a time of being in the area. There are limited luggage trolleys available which can make packing up at check out time tricky. The continental breakfast items were being re stocked by 1 single employee. She was very kind and helpful, but very much overloaded with the quantity of guests accessing the free breakfast. She was unable to keep items stocked while maintaining the nearby trash bins and wiping the tables in the breakfast area. The hotel needs to hire another employee for the breakfast time.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Not too far from Mayo Clinic. Walkable. Friendly staff and kitchenette is handy although I didn’t need to use it. Would be great for an extended stay. Shuttles to Mayo and Walmart

Pros: Room was great.
Cons: Front desk clerk said there was no public parking nearby when there was in the same block. We were there for a girls weekend and arrived from different directions so had 3 vehicles. Hotel has parking for 1 car per room. Room for 6 but only 4 cups, etc.

Pros: Staff was great at explaining the facility options and the Neighborhood surrounding the motel.
Cons: Nothing, stay was to short.

Pros: Breakfast was okay. Breakfast did not offer a lot of variety.
Cons: the room we had as small and crowed for a family of 6.

Pros: Location
Cons: The room, pool area, and location were nice. When we came to the desk for check in the clerk was out having a cigarette. She saw us come in but she would not come in for about 10 minutes. The gentleman in front of us was telling her about some smelly brown liquid coming up in his sink. She did not seem concerned and told him to just wait for the liquid to go down and wash out the sink. She was sort of rude to all of us. The next morning we had a terribly strong odor of bleach coming up from our sinks. My sister in law could barely breathe. Again, the blonde desk person was not concerned. Pros: The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was more than adequate. Sitting spots were nice. The staff were ALL extremely elpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast was lovely with the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had especially on a buffet! The easy proximity to Mayo Clinic thru subway and skyway definitely a bonus especially in January!
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about the Residence Inn, and have already booked our next trip there. Did wish there was a bar/lounge/restaurant on premises, but there is still food available without walking outside.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Liked the variety of breakfast, clean and comfortable room
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: The garbage that was under the sink was full with take out food boxes and watermelon rinds. The front desk at check in told me we could park on the street at any metered parking spot and wouldn't get ticketed over the weekend. We got a ticket.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: There is a difference in our booking rate vs what was actually charged. $-- per night. We are working with hotel to resolve discrepancy
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and the location was very convenient for walking to and from the Mayo, Gonda and other facilities on the Mayo campus. The garage parking was also a nice feature especially if one was going to be there during inclement weather.
Cons: I stayed in room 508. Unfortunately the mattress on the right hand side was so worn down that one had to position them self either all the way to the left or in the middle as to not feel as if you were falling into a crevasse. I did mention this to the front desk staff, thinking if they had new mattresses available they would consider replacing it. The front desk clerk took note of my suggestion but during the time I was there nothing was done.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room combined with the variety of food offered at the continental breakfast was fantastic
Cons: I had to pay extra for parking that was outside in a lot. I was not aware of this when the room was booked. It was also a small walk to the hotel from the parking lot. It was not connected to the hotel.
7,0 Good
Cons: $20 for parking is absurd, & I was charged twice. My room was 94 degrees upon entering, & I had to ask for ice, a hair dryer & cups to drink out of. Several trips to front desk. Microwave popcorn had expired on 10/18!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast. Close to where we wanted to be.
Cons: Pull out bed could have been a little more comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfasts were awesome & the dinners were great also. The cooks & dining room staff were above & beyond friendly & caring : ). It was comforting & felt "homey" & welcoming, & the location of the hotels was perfect, as we had family members who were patients at the Eisenburg Bldg. just two blocks away, & walked to & from there & also to the downtown area closely. Very convenient location!!! we would highly recommend this facility to anyone there for the Mayo Clinic care.
Cons: Nothing : )The housekeeping staff & front desk workers were most helpful & friendly.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenience to the Mayo subway system. Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: Cost is higher, yet . . . location is easily accessible to the subway system of the Mayo Clinic. Underground parking available. Rooms are larger than most, have full amenities, are clean and comfortable. So, for our purposes, the convenience and comfort were worth the price.

Pros: Location cannot be beat!
Cons: The air conditioner sounded like a semi-truck when it would turn on and off.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Very little
Cons: Needs a remodel, hot tub was out of service- one of the reasons I booked here was a hot tub, which I need after a 10 hour drive, mattresses were terrible-you can feel the springs. Housekeeping was extremely loud in the morning, which woke me up an hour and a half early. We also found used lotion and conditioner bottles put out on the counter where they should have been replaced with new after the last guest.

Cons: Parking cost and arrangement
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing except location
Cons: Very RUDE front desk person. Manager was RUDE & condescending when I explained my wife couldn't walk from a public parking ramp a block away due to her condition. The hotel ad said they had parking as an amenity but there was none available. The room was dirty. Previous people left stuff in the frig & it was still there. There were buggers on the bed spread & hair in the tub. Lighting was terrible. I could not read because it was too dim. Carpet was old & dirty. I didn't want to take my shoes off. The TV in the room was so small it looked like a computer monitor. The beds were hard & I awoke with a terrible back ache. I don't care if they are cheaper than some others in the area because this was a disgusting hotel. Never to return.
