Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, convenient location, and friendly, helpful service. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like the gym and parking. However, some guests noted that parts of the hotel and rooms appear dated, with occasional maintenance issues, and a few experienced problems with room temperature, noise, or extra charges for certain services. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most guests, especially regarding breakfast and cleanliness.
