Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and accessing restaurants. Many also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise from nearby bars and the street, especially in rooms facing the main road. Room sizes were frequently described as small and basic, and some guests found the breakfast to be average or lacking in variety. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money and cleanliness were noted as positives by several guests.
