Pros (+) I had a view of the harbor with a little balcony.
Cons (-) There are steps leading up to the guest reception, and it is a challenge if you have luggage.

Pros (+) The staff gave us a complimentary breakfast in our first day, which was a nice surprice.
Cons (-) There was construction work going on opposite the road, so it made sleeping in impossible, especially after a night out chasing auroras
