Cons (-) Reserved a room with 2 queens. Got a room with 2 dounles and the one bed was broken. Tv remote did not work. Side doors said use key to enter for security...anyone could walk in.

Cons (-) We got there at 3:30 am and we were calling repeatedly waiting for someone to open the door so we could get our room key, the employee had to step out to go to a room for a problem but we had no way of knowing that so we almost left and there are no refunds and we would have been without a place to go.
