Pros: Economical and positioned conveniently to public transportation, enabling easy access to Manhattan.

Cons: I di not care for the front desk management to photo-copy and carbon copy an image of my credit card and the information on it. Many other establishments only 'swipe' the credit card upon arrival, and suffices for the deposit and charge. Copying the card itself only lends to information getting in the wrong hans and contributes to theft and identitiy theft. I discussed this with the manager, but he stated that this was the policy. I was confused.

Cons: When checking in, receptionist told me that the card used for confirmation will not be charged until I confirm this at check-out. When doing check-out, it appeared that the card has been charged already. I was just informed about the fact.

Pros: breakfast was ok.

Pros: I went to the us open 2010 and go to the city, the hotel was comfortable

Cons: only that they don´t have shuttle to the airport

Pros: The location.

Cons: The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that it did not have a laundry service and provided bags like it did have a laundry service so I was confused to why provide laundry bags if you do not provide the service.

Pros: We liked the large and comfortable bed.

Cons: Room very small for the money paid, no fridge/mini bar, no complimentary tooth brush/paste, breakfast area has no seating - it is essentially the small area by reception that is very uninviting and has a dirty element. Reception is hidden behind a bullet-proof glass, suggesting the poor quality of neighborhood. Btw, there is nothing in the immediate vicinity of hotel, nowhere to go eat or shop, basically has a ghetto feeling.There were suspicious characters hanging in this reception area the entire evening we arrived. Hotel overall does not feel very welcoming and the staff truly do notn understand what is hospitality.

Pros: staff was friendly, helped out with organising taxi and going out for dinner. the place is OK for a night between flights; couldn´t imagine being there for a week.

Cons: poor isolation - could hear noise from the corridor.

Pros: i liked the wireless internet and the cozy feeling

Cons: there was no fridge and the room was somewhat small

Pros: Lousy customer service. I arrived around 8pm and there were only two greasy spoon restaurants still open. Parking area access was one lane in AND out, so cars were parked on the sidewalk.

Pros: Nothing, completely awful experience

Cons: The room, location, the staff!! No hospitality, they tried to charge me extra
