Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, often describing it as excellent or superb for exploring the city. The breakfast is frequently highlighted as delicious and varied, with several guests appreciating the option to pre-order and have it served at the table. Friendly and attentive service is another consistent positive, with staff described as helpful and welcoming. However, many guests note significant accessibility issues, especially the lack of an elevator and numerous stairs, which can be challenging for those with mobility concerns. A few reviews mention spacious rooms as a positive. Some negative feedback includes issues with air conditioning, cleanliness, and room comfort, but these are less frequently mentioned than the positives.
