Good breakfasts, comfortable superior room overlooking St Anne’s. Paid underground parking near by, just make sure you use the right exit! On site restaurant, Mur Mur, is convenient and serves good food.
Lighting in the room could have been better and it would make sense to install a simple blind in the bathroom rather than another long curtain.
Having to park two blocks from hotel and drag our bags to and from hotel and to carry them to the room ourselves
Attached restaurant is so-so
The perfect location. Great reception staff and dining facilities. Will be back for a much longer stay!
A couple of steps and narrow entrance to the shower makes this wonderful place a bit awkward for the disabled and the overweight.
Comfortable bed and great location
Access to the property was down a long cobbled street and then up steep stairs, both of which were a big challenge for my 85 year old parents, and there was no staff to help. The room wasn’t ready and my parents had to wait for an hour standing with no consideration from the woman on the desk. Their TV didn’t work and the person who came up to fix it, unplugged it and then said it was now working, which it wasn’t. There was no reading light either. This was supposed to have been a special 62 wedding anniversary gift for them and it was a very disappointing experience. Sad really.
