Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore old Quebec and nearby attractions. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated the convenience of self check-in. However, several guests noted that some rooms were small or not as advertised, and there were occasional issues with amenities and communication. While service was generally responsive, the lack of on-site staff and some maintenance concerns were mentioned. Overall, the positives centered on location and cleanliness, with some room for improvement in comfort and facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
