Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot. Many reviews highlight the property's charm and character, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests note significant accessibility challenges, such as steep and narrow stairs, lack of elevators, and difficulties for those with mobility issues. While some mention friendly staff and comfortable beds, service is generally described as adequate rather than exceptional. Overall, the positives center on location, atmosphere, and cleanliness, but accessibility may be an issue for some travelers.

The room was exceptional and very clean. The Nespresso machine was a really nice touch. We had all the comforts prepared for us. Very limited staffing made checking out take a while.
