Cons: When we went to the bar on the 3rd floor there was one guy there that was not very nice. He was an angry worker. I am there on vacation I do not want to run into someone angry. He never smiled. Was mad that we got there at 10:50PM. They closed at 12.

Cons: We don't like the rising fees. "Tips" for maid and bell service are now included, and the Westin will charge a US$15 per day "resort fee" starting February 2019. Add 3% hotel tax and the 16% IVA tax that we pay as Mexican residents, and it's not a deal, even at convention rates.

Cons: Rooms were dated: layout and bath. Clean w/tiled floors and bath. Furniture outdated. 1st floor restaurant was a dud. Staff left us at 11:00. But for $--- night I can't complain when coupled with the beautiful grounds and great pool.

Pros: We needed a hotel close to the airport due to a canceled flight. This was 5 minutes away. Recently updated hotel and they are completing their pool renovations this summer. Nice gym and spa area, although the jacuzzi did not work well.

Cons: Before confirming our reservation I called the hotel to confirm if the tennis courts were open and functioning due to the covid restrictions, I was informed that they were working normally, that only the Spa was ot functioning. To our surprise when we did the checkin, we were informed the tennis courts were not functioning, so we were not able to play tennis... would be quite nice to have the right information to not generate false expectations

Cons: There is no indication on any literature or any social media that this hotel goes on lockdown at 11pm every night, 20-30 people could be enjoying the evening dancing and socialising and suddenly it is turned off because it is 11pm, this is an adult hotel and we have paid a lot of money to stay here and to be entertained, 11pm is not acceptable, they have a casino with many slot machines that I have never seen being used that could be turned into a pleasant nightclub area and casino moved elsewhere

Cons: We were there last year and thought the rooms were much better than this trip. We moved rooms from the 2nd floor to the 6th. 2nd floor room had holes in the curtains, counter tops need polishing, no maid service until late pm. , no regular coffee.

Cons: The staff was horrible. They try to throw time share at you jore then explaining how their all inclusive package i already paid for works. They were not prepared to reopen. One of the best rooms at over $500 per night and the air conditioning did boy even work when we arrived. We had to call several times and after hours the maintenance came to fix it. They told us there would be a buffet in the premium section which never existed and after questioning we were told someone would call us day after day. Noone called until our final night. Apparently they expected us to eat at the hotel next door but never explained this to us.

Cons: Just be HONEST and disclose that property is under construction. After 6 nights we are overly stressed and have headaches due to heavy noise. This was NOT vacation. Would love to see sort of refund for the horrible experience we had: we left with a high level of stress that we surely overpaid for: rooms are not refundable?! Staff was very very nice however can not compensate for the bad time we had.

Cons: We were there celebrating our 35th anniversary. This was not the place for a tranquil vacation. There were lots of children and families. They bused in people on Saturday, and picked them up on Sunday. The resort was very crowded, particularly the pool. The food was mostly buffets. The snack bar served a greasy hamburger that smelled great and tasted even better.
